Placed an order, received it OK but missing a cartridge. Tried emailing and telephoning but no answer or reply. Sourced an alternative land-line number which the person who answered replied saying, this isn't inkraider, even though the number is associated with the business. Very suspicious indeed. Might be something to do with the website 0845 number and making more money from customers calling a premium number. Either way I'm out of pocket so can't recommend dealing with this business.

Fantastic service, great prices, delivery virtually next day at no extra.. This company deserves all the credit customers should give. I am a returning customer and always will be.

I have used inkraider now for a few years and have recommended them to many people. I have not found a supplier equal to them. The service they supply is fast, efficent and cost effective, it's everything a photographer needs.

Easy to order website, Very quick delivery, good communication

After I made my order I read some reviews that made me think I'd made a mistake. However, the inks I ordered on the Monday arrived on the following Wednesday and were exactly what I'd ordered. I would have given five stars if I had received an email acknowledgment of my order and an email to tell me they had been dispatched but those are minor things and I am satisfied with the service and will use this company again.

Inkraider is very good pricewise and the service from ordering to delivery is excellent.

This was the first time I have ordered from Inkraider. Their price was the best I could find at the time and the ink was delivered the next working day after I ordered it. Can't ask for better than that!!!!

When I was first told about Inkraiders I treated it with suspicion but from the first day of installation I have been over the moon and completely satisfied. I have told everybody I know who uses a printer and they too are delighted

I use this company when I need ink and paper at the last minute and because I8 live within 8 miles I drive round and collect. They have never let me down and can obtain things that are not in stock within 24 hours notice. They are very efficient and the best thing is the prices are the best in the .uk.

I was really happy to find this site as I do a lot of printing so the cheap cartridges make a big difference to my bank balance. And the quick delivery means that I'm not held up if I run out. Keep it up!! Thanks

Here are copies of two e-mails I sent to inkraider in March... RE: Serial No. 220027 Customer Ref: ZKT-1299345239 The order was:- 1 JET TEC PGI-5, CLI-8BK/C/M/Y £13.80 4 JET TEC PGI-5 £13.27 The order which arrived today (very quick) contained JET TEC CL52 and the 4 PGI-5’s. I don’t think the CL52 cartridges are compatible with the Pixma 4200. They are only 11ml, those ordered are 15.5ml. Regards Ron marking I am surprised I have not yet received a reply to my e-mail of Tuesday nor a correctionto the delivery: i.e. I am still awaiting JET TEC PGI-5, CLI-8BK/C/M/Y Regards Ron Marking I also phoned the company and got no reply. just bought ink cartridges for my HP all in one. delivery was very quick and efficient.

Have always been happy with the service inraider provides.

The initial sale is handled well and delivery is on time. the aftersales query is terrible and lengthy. i have a query that has not been sorted since 2009 and get no response to e-mails sent in this regard.
