I have always had good service from Inkraider. Ordering is easy and delivery quick. When I got a new printer they exchanged my unused cartridges without any fuss.

Just received my cartridges yesterday, and already printer is telling me I am out of ink. Am not as yet, but very annoying to think that the minute I installed them, was told the black was almost empty! Before I'd even used printer!! Not good!! T.C. Jones

This is the second time I have used Inkraider and would highly recommend them to anyone. The cartridges arrived within two days of ordering and are just as good as the much dearer original ones, my previous Inkraider ones have lasted about 3 years and have been trouble free apart from my printer saying it doesn't recognise them as they are not genuine HP ones, but they work absolutely fine and the quality is just as good as the HP ones.

I have spent a lot of money with this company but the last order was (and still is) a problem. 1 item was wrongly supplied - wrong colour and smaller size. After my email to the help desk was ignored, I telephoned and was asked to post the item back at my expense, requesting a refund of postage. I have done this by recorded delivery and they haven't bothered to collect the item from their PO Box. A second email to help desk advising them of the despatch has also been ignored. I don't recommend this company.

Been using inkraider for ages and always fast service good selection of inks - jettec ink is reliable and as good as oem ink albeit somewhat cheaper!

I ordered the goods and they were delivered by post the next day, well packaged and in good condition. I couldn't fault the comp[any in any way.

Great Web Site, Fast Service at a really Good Price

My experience of the order & delivery process was very good. I faced a slight problem when searching the Inkraider website for the product I wanted - I was redirected to a page that appeared to be defunct a couple of times giving the the impression that the product was out of stock or wasn't manufactured anymore... however I searched/navigated the site via a different route and found the product eventually (sorry I can't recall the details of the difference routes I took) - this is the only thing preventing me from rating the experience with 5 stars...
