Great service - good price and fast delivery

I received my order and one cartridge was missing and I had two of another type where I only wanted one of each. As they didn't send a confirmation email of the order I can't say for certain it wasn't my mistake so I rang the 0845 telephone number to clarify. At first I thought I'd got the wrong number. They just said "hello", no company name or "how may I help you" etc. This always makes me suspicious, plus the person on the other end didn't speak very good English which doesn't help. I asked if they had a copy of my order and they said no. I asked if I could return the cartridge and they said no. But they would allow me to place another order for the missing cartridge! They are breaking distance selling regulations and the promise on their own web site that says "We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee that means that if you are not satisfied with any product you buy from us you may return it..".

I have bought in cartridges from Inkraider for some time now and have always had excellent service. I have only had two printers but have had to shop around for the correct cartridge. Not so with Inkraider - always have the one(s) I need and I doubt you will find better value for money.
