I have used inkraider for many years and in that time only once had an issue with a misdirected package which was immediatedly and professionally resolved. They give a first class service and I still find their cartridges the cheapest I can find and I use makers own brand. I rely on the good service from Inkraider and overall I am very pleased with their service.

I placed the order wrongly on the InkRaider website late one night (I'm still not sure if it was my mistake or the websites!), and contacted them the next day but the order had already been despatched. Fast work! "No problem," I was told, "We'll just send on the rest of the order you wanted." Job done. Payment of the extra was simple by PayPal. Sorted, no hassle, all friendly. Trustworthy site and excellent delivery with comparible prices with other sites. Always check other sites but usually end up with inkraider. Only criticism is after you have completed an order they ping an email to give you 5% - 10% off next order whcih runs out very quickly and for a home user my ink turnover is not that swift - would rather give discount on next order with no time limit or not bother with this feigned attempt of offering discount - would recommend to a friend.

A slight error to start with but was very quickly rectified and recieved inks which are very good value and inexpensive ang give quality results. I have used Inkraider for a few years now and always found them to be reliable,and attentive to the customers needs.

Trawled the web looking for reasonable printer ink prices (as if - dream on!!). I'd never heard of this company before but after reading the reviews thought I'd give them a go. Good move - their prices were very competitive and delivery very good, and I would certainly deal with them again.

Order in good time with these people. They don't deliver straight away, and sometimes need a nudge to get get your delivery to happen. I've been asked to make this review of my last purchase (5 days ago), and I still haven't received the order!!! Bad form InkRaider!
