the site was great, the ease of finding my cartridge the price was cheaper than other sites even with postage and ordering and the delivery time was brilliant

however when my brother placed an order last year he did not include his house number with his address details or that of mine for his delivery - therefore he never did receive his order and writing to the company explaining this and asking for a refund as the parcel should have been returned undeliverable, he did not even receive a reply which left both him and myself a very dispondent. It hasn't stopped me from using the company in fact I got a delivery today, but makes it hard to recomend.
