Always a terrific service! My only comment is that there could be an opportunity to request alternative delivery instructions. In this latest instance, I happened to be out when the postman tried to deliver my package. Many postmen will try to leave your item with a nearby neighbour, but if they don't have the common sense or instructions on the delivery label, they will simply leave you a card saying that you weren't in and that you have to go to the main pst office to collect it!This is a hassle and indeed the alternative to request a re-delivery (on-line.. as it is impossible to speak to a human being!) takes another three days before that can be accomplished! And to think that Royal Mail has just been sold off as a "going concern".. It is not the same Royal Mail as it used to be and we the customers have to roll over and accept second class service! You, though, have done your bit and got the dispatch away as soon as you can,so well done for that and thank you!

All orders are handled immediately and sent promptly. Prices are the most competitive that I have found, including a survey earlier this week when I was checking web suppliers prices for cartridges suitable for my new printer. All orders over several years have been received promptly without damage to contents. I believe I have never needed to complain on any orders or delivery.

Scary prices for replacing my Canon Pixma 5450 ink cartridges ! Looked on line and found Inkraider. Prices looked very much better than rival companies so decided to give them a go and within a day of ordering received original Canon cartridges at a good saving from other sources.
