After my initial test-drive, I mentioned that the clutch pedal didn't feel quite right (wasn't 100% sure though) - Rob didn't hesitate to investigate it and consequently, a new clutch was fitted before the collection date a few days later. Very pleased with my purchase so far. I got the impression from the start that any query or concern I had would be taken seriously and I wouldn't be fobbed-off. I never felt like I was being rushed or hurried, which makes a refreshing change these days. It's a pity that not all my previous encounters with car dealers have been as positive but it was a reassuringly pleasant experience at John Banks Suzuki Bury St Edmunds. A great experience overall, would recommend!

United Kingdom | 31 March 2024As a motability customer I’ve often found it difficult to find a car due to the fact I’m female and a disabled driver however my experience at John banks Ipswich with both Charlie and Kymberley was fantastic from start to finish not once was I made to feel different to any other customer I turned up without a pre arranged appointment and was shown to the car id looked at on the motability website by Charlie this guy was incredibly kind and helpful I had a lot of questions and despite not being the motability specialist (he should be) he answered everything sometimes twice (I have poor memory) and booked and took me out on the test drive with more repeated questions thanks so much Charlie. Then as Charlie wasn’t the motability specialist I was handed over to the lovely Kymberley who is lovely she is also very kind and couldn’t do enough to help me the whole experience was fantastic and I can’t recommend John Banks Ipswich highly enough thanks again Charlie and Kymberley I love my new Honda ZR-V

United Kingdom | 28 March 2024Although I phoned ahead to book a test drive, upon our arrival nobody appeared to have any knowledge of this! Not a very encouraging start perhaps, but we weren`t kept waiting for long. Kimberley took charge of us & soon we were out road-testing. We were very pleasantly surprised that we could take the car out on our own, without a chaperone. This really helped , as you feel more at home trying the various gadgets! Also, Kimberley arranged for us to try a second vehicle, to get a contrast, which we`ve also never had before (without asking!). When we came to purchase the car, everything went smoothly, & the car was prepped beautifully. All in all, we found what can be quite a stressful time was effortless (& pleasant!). Thanks again Kimberley!

Switchboard was initially a problem but after getting through to Matthew he explained my options (I didn't even know there was remaining Renault warranty!) and got me back on the road again the following day. After the horror stories I've heard about "dealer service" over the years this was a refreshing experience. Very likely to return for future servicing (despite usually using a great local independent garage).
