Mercedes we’re not paid the settlement for over a month and continued chasing me for payment after I’d been in the Hyundai for 5 weeks. No one came back to me when I complained about this. Beware part exchanging with this group.

United Kingdom | 23 July 2022JOHN banks has always had a good reputation, partly due to the fantastic Honda products they sell and also from my own personal experience a great customer care. If you want a reliable brand and dealership then this is up there with the best. Previously I purchased a new Honda car from them in 1999 and found their after sales service care to be exceptional. I recently purchased a Honda moped from them and so far all good, sadly though in this instance I won’t be able to take advantage of their after sale service due to the distance as it’s not practical to take the moped to them. That said I will still use a local Honda dealership that again has a great reputation. Yes you pay more for the Honda brand but you do get what you pay for quality, reliability and longevity.

We instantly loved the car and bought it. We have since had 2 courtesy calls to check everything is OK with the car and that we are happy. Very happy with every aspect of our experience and would unreservedly recommend.

We were surprised that despite all other issues car manufacturers are having delivering their new vehicles we received our car over 6 weeks earlier than expected which was a lovely surprise. We would definitely stick with Honda as we love the car

We decided to try a smaller dealer who had recently opened in Cambs - the experience far outclassed the main dealer; service was exceptional, customer experience was second to none, and they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our new purchase. Well done - a lot to be said about going with a smaller dealer!!

United Kingdom | 20 July 2022Tyre pressure warning light appeared on dash. Only thought it was the hot weather however when I dropped into JB and asked for help they found I had picked up a nail in my tyre. They quickly dealt with my problem and had me back safely on the road. Great people.
