Initially I was looking for a XC60 Volvo but the nearest dealership couldn’t help me so as we’ve had a CRV in the past we decided to pop in and see what John Banks Honda had to offer. I first enquired in March about a new car and took a couple of hybrid vehicles for a test drive. Both were fantastic to drive and I made my decision on one of them there and then. Excellent service from start to finish. Excellent service and attention by Kymberley Cant. She guided me through with ease and above all, quickly! Less than a week from initial inquiry to driving off the car. Communication all along the way has been excellent, emails, calls and video updates. I attended an appointment to have my Honda Insigna key programmed. I was refused service an awful women told me I needed my car and both keys! I can not drive my car now. Honda in Bury St. Edmunds are full of ugly attractive women who love to infuriate men!! Honda are useless in Bury St. Edmunds, worst experience of my life now!!!

After 3 solid weeks of hunting for a car enduring some appalling service it was great to walk in and be greeted with courtesy and professionalism by Ed the general manager,he found me the perfect car at a good price and I was test driving it in half an hour!. I picked up my Jazz today and he explained all the gadgets and paperwork,even connected my phone! Great service and have no hesitation recommending the branch in ipswich and obviously the manager!
