I had a voucher and the code didn’t work. I received a voucher for £25 last year and entered the code at the ‘till’ online and it didn’t work so I had to make the purchase anyway! Frustrating

I thought the price for my product was very reasonable. excellent time span for shipping. A lot of packaging. Bag within a box within a box.

The delivery was quick and on time . The product was well packed, and appeared to be in good condition. However there was a distinct lack of paperwork. There was no manual supplied about using the various features of the amp, and I was left to learn by trial and error, which was not intuitive. I’m sure the product is good, but feel I’m unable to get the best out of it. Disappointed!

Placed an order because the website indicated I would receive my order the next day. Once I had gone to the basket, it said the order would arrive on Monday. This did not happen and I did not receive any emails explaining anything. Not impressed.

Easy to use , great choice. I'd much prefer to buy locally with cash but our local shop doesn't stock these.
