The locksmith was with me a few hours later that day even though I said it wasn’t an emergency. Most importantly, he solved my ignition lock problem within an hour despite a number of complications. All for a reasonable price.

Excellent service

Spare key was faulty, and the warranty process is ongoing. For the money spent to get a replacement key, I would not recommend. It’s caused several expensive taxis, nothing but stress, and a general lack of support from the provider.

Th technician was FANTASTIC!!!!!!! He came on time, gave updates as he proceeded, went over and beyond to fix the problem. He was very engaging. he went the extra mile. The lady who picked the call was very sweet and professional.

Ignition barrel was so worn I couldn't turn the key. An engineer came out but was unable to change the barrel due to it being an older model. Another engineer came out and fixed it no problem, good communication. May be a little expensive but worth it now the van is back on the road.
