They took all proper Covid precautions, they were friendly, and most importantly, they fixed the problem. They also checked all other door handles, they found one more fault and they fixed that too. I must admit the entire process from initial marketing to exchange, completion, arranging internal furniture to handover and finally to meeting was fantastic. The entire process was very smooth and seamless and the different team members were very professional, reached out and took care of my needs as the right time. The entire team of Elliott, Roshnee, Katie and Tom were fantastic and very helpful. Given current pandemic I was not able to take the handover personally. Katie Goad at Seven Captial arranged a very personalised handover video of the flat which was a great idea and gave a very personal touch to the experience of purchasing a property. Tom from Seven Living managed to get a tenant in very quickly with local knowledge of the rental environment which was great.
