First time buyer and from overseas, you can imagine how much questions I have. Emma Loth was very quick to arrange the repair to an internal door handle. Two repairers attended the day after I reported the problem. They took all proper Covid precautions, they were friendly, and most importantly, they fixed the problem. They also checked all other door handles, they found one more fault and they fixed that too. I have purchased a studio flat in No1 Thames Valley via Seven Capital. I must admit the entire process from initial marketing to exchange, completion, arranging internal furniture to handover and finally to meeting was fantastic. Contractor Kevin attended to fix some issues with internal doors that had shifted. The work was done quickly and efficiently and no mess was left at all. Kevin himself was a great guy, both funny and informative. He was a real credit to the company and by far the best contractor they have sent to date.

Despite our concerns with the poor level of service received previously from Seven Capital Property Management, on this occasion, the contractor sent to our home (Kevin C) was a good surprise having completed the repairs quickly and to a high professional standard.

We reported a problem about a leaky tap coming out from our kitchen sink to our landlords, and they had sent Kevin Cleary to our flat to fix this issue. Kevin was prompt and very efficient with his works. He also offered us some advice about another issue he had spotted. Great service! Thanks for the help.
