Caitlin Mac Donald did a first class job handling me, which is no easy task. Caitlin’s communication skills were excellent. She was empathic and constructive at all times. Caitlin was assiduous in her tireless efforts to accommodate our stringent requirements. Caitlin provided us with important and timely updates of construction progress on a regular basis. I rate Caitlin very highly and would say that Caitlin’s professional and continual contact would be an important factor in our evaluation of the company and our interest in making further investments in new build properties with the company.

I Bought 3 properties and even though one of them is in a very different location, Natalie Howlings has been very attentive with my cases and has gone out of her way to communicate with me (she calls me since I’m overseas and hard to reach) and has assisted me with the property, handover and also with the solicitors. Kevin Cleary attended my flat to fix a damage on my wall due to a water leak. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable on the matter at hand and fixed the damage in no time. Simply the best!

Kevin did a really good job sorting out the ceiling leak. He was very professional and made no mess at all when doing the painting. He also came back after finishing the job to check whether it needed an extra coat. Very friendly as well. Thanks Kev 😁
