Luna has managed to take over management really seamlessly, and she's super friendly, approachable and has great communication skills. I am thoroughly enjoying working with Luna and I hope this will continue on in the longer term!

United Kingdom | 13 October 2023Absolutely appalling service. How this company claims to have a 4.4 review on trust pilot is very interesting. Such as a review from one of their contractors on 26th April saying they have rented for 3 years through this company gives you an idea of how they operate. PLEASE think very carefully before you entrust this company to do any work for you as a landlord. They do not manage they make your life even harder. You get what you pay for! They don't respond to emails, phone calls or requests and their contractor fees are phenomenally expensive. Go else where you will thank me for this !!!

United Kingdom | 12 October 2023One of the worst company's I have ever dealt with , There customer services well they have none all they do is say Oh I will send the contractor when they are free or I will send the quote waiting on the landlord 3 weeks with no hot water before it was sorted and I have 2 children then they damaged all the floor and did not repair it, If you want to rent a home stay away from this company, I would not waste my time all they cause is stress. And believe me your the one that has to keep calling and chasing them.

She then provided the information requested with timely efficiency. Although she is probably too young to understand how meter readings are taken by both vendor and seller at completion of a purchase, she took on board my explanation as to why contacting the Electricity provider would not help me to agree a final reading.

On their side, no one cares, they do not reach out protectively, we have to call them and remind about our issue. Do not use them of your are looking for a good management company.

She’s obtained access from tenants well before end of tenancy , then got the marketing pics and advertised the property ahead of time to ensure tenancy is seamless and there’s very little vacancy period .

By an extraordinary coincidence, 17 very positive 5 star reviews suddenly appeared in around 3 days from 25th April 2022. Clearly a case of making up reviews to outweigh the bad ones. How come I'm not surprised!

They manage to respond to emails when it's time to renew the tenancy, or raise the rent, but they somehow can't figure out how to do it for maintenance issues, and they blame tenants for existing damage that's been documented on the inventory.

Quite pathetic. Update: We were evicted because the landlord was selling the property. Ezytrac dragged us through deposit protection arbitration for no reason (they are illiterate and unable to compare two documents), wasting our time. Of course, their claim to our deposit was unsuccessful. Trash. Avoid at all costs.
