Casey has recently taken on managing matters related to my flat. I have interacted with her in the past few weeks as we are in the process of finalizing a new tenant. She has kept me informed every step of the way, is responsive to my concerns and makes the effort to seek any clarifications I require. Difficult to get hold of especially by phone. Manages 7 properties for me, they try hard but tenants say they can be slow to act. Stronger in areas where they work closely with letting agents on the ground and have other properties there. Contractors are not the cheapest

I am based abroad, with a rental property in the UK. It means that I have to completely rely on my property management company. Ezytrac has reliably managed my property for over 20 years. When my tenant recently gave notice, Sab, my property coordinator immediately informed me. I receive frequent updates me on the process, which gives me confidence that my property is in good hands.

I have had nothing but problems with this management company and the landlord since day one of my tenancy contract start date. Please do not use this company for your property management, or I urge any new landlords to steer well clear of this company. I have had my air-conditioning cut off endless times every month along with my Internet connection, causing me health issues which I had to seek medical attention and pay for to diagnose with me the outcome. I have had to pay a lot of extra money for my phone bill to get extra data to be able to work from home. The ceiling collapsed in my bathroom after the property management company come to try and resolve the Aircon issue, even though it was down to them not paying the bill. I had no gas connection for a week causing me having to pay more money for takeaways due to them, not doing their job properly, my whole apartment flooded after I put on my first wash in the washing machine soon finding our out after that the waste pipe had not been connected prior to me moving in. I have had nothing but problems with this property management company and I would strongly advise any landlord to not use them as they lie to you regarding any issues and they are not resolved quickly. I called my air-conditioning provider and Internet service provider every month after they are disconnected and they told me the same thing the property management company, who is the POA acting for the landlord has not paid my bills even though they have the power to resolve and pay then invoice the owner. The bills should be set up on direct debit but never have been despite asking multiple times. For all new tenants looking to rent please be advised this is the worst experience I have ever been through and been problematic every month since I stayed here. I wish I had known this before entering my rental contract for a year as I would’ve never committed to renting through this company. Callum C Artesia D, Damac Hills

(2025 - years after posting this complaint I’ve been asked to remove names, so I guess the proof of the accuracy of the complaint holds. - The CEO relentlessly threatened me with legal proceedings years ago and still is. The truth seems to hurt - thanks to TrustPilot, such issues can be exposed) - Before dealing with Ezytrac, as a landlord, tenant or properly investor, I suggest you look up the Ltd Company history on COMPANIES HOUSE, and note a history of past companies, many now dissolved and others the owner resigned from. Many with the Ezytrac name involved and all at the same UK address. Other companies seem to have some of the same staff members as Ezytrac and the last financial records look questionable in comparison with Ezytrac’s last financial records. Have a look as it’s for public view. Having spoken to other Property Agencies and investors in the UK, they have commented that they have never heard of Ezytrac and upon having a look into the company/ies, have commented that it’s an online setup and that one should only trust Property companies who operate from physical properties. The history shows questionable resignations of shareholders who get appointed again 4 years later? Maybe bankruptcy occurred and ownership was temporarily arranged? I rented a flat through Ezytrac which later revealed non working windows and a serious damp and mould issue that Ezytrac refused to fix. The building was also non fire safety compliant and was undergoing a never ending re cladding project and fire marshals were permanently on site. When I signed my tenancy, Ezytrac and the landlord had conveniently not informed me that I wouldn’t have access to the roof gardens after 2 months, that my balcony would be blocked off for 6 months that included summer and that construction noise would be ongoing 6 days a week. When I complained, I was deemed to be antisocial however when I asked Ezytrac to do something about my next door flat that was permanently rented out as an Airbnb and the guests were smoking marijuana in the building, the CEO emailed me that I had to accept that behaviour. It’s a joke what is considered as anti social behaviour in Ezytrac’s eyes. Of course I didn’t move out and I received emails from him saying that it would lead to prosecution, that I’d never be able to rent again, that I’d be blacklisted in UK credit and have to pay court fees of possibly £3-5k blah blah blah. The saying goes, 1 finger points forward and 3 point back. I vacated when it suited me to move and Ezytrac and their client took me to court, where the judge didn’t grant their eviction and the landlord got billed with the lump sum of court fees. To quote what others have reviewed about Ezytrac, it is by far the WORST setup I’ve had to deal with and to add to what another review said: “Absolutely appalling service. How this company claims to have a 4.4 review on trust pilot is very interesting.” - one needs to see how many reviews the 5 star reviewers have given overall and it will be obvious that the 4.4 star rating has happened from 1 review history, reviewers.

Excellent Property management by Ezytrac who have been managing my property portfolio for a number of years now. My main contact and dealings with the day to day items associated with letting and sourcing new tenants is Luna Bell. I'm extremely pleased and impressed with how Luna and the team have communicated with me quickly and professionally but friendly. Also quickly sourcing quality tenants for me to avoid void periods. When ever I speak to other landlords I always recommend Ezytrac.

Very quick and organised. Never had to wait too long for any updates and the process of getting my new flat was very quick and seamless. Declan Lomax handled my transition and was extremely polite and helpful throughout.

Sab from Ezytrac has been very helpful marketing my rental property. We have received an offer in excess of the price at which it was marketed which we hope will come to fruition when the current tenant moves out at the end of November.

Sab was really helpful with my renting of the property! Renting is London is really hard and finding the right agency makes things a lot smoother. She quick to respond to emails, always picked up the phone and escalated any issues during the pre-tenancy period.
