United Kingdom | 17 September 2024The service has not been great, its extremely difficult to communicate with Shred It with all inboxes seemingly unmonitored. I am still trying to get an accurate invoice from them showing the deposit already paid, it seems impossible, its almost like they dont want us to pay our bill! The person on the day was also apparently quite rude to our team. All in all, not great.

I have also had excellent service by Tim Gmerek who went over an above in arranging an ad-hoc collection from another one of our offices at short notice.

However, our issue is that in the initial email conversations with a Shred It Rep there was no mention of the fuel and environmental surcharge ie the rep quoted 'total costs' without mentioning or including this. It was however mentioned, in the small print, in the contract. I raised this as an issue with Shred IT and it was agreed they would review the emails from the Rep and get back to us. However we have had no response just a re issue of the original invoice. Disappointing from such a reputable company

United Kingdom | 09 September 2024Terrible company to deal with, one of the worst in my experience. I could list a whole host of issues over an extended time frame but suffice it to say I am very pleased that we have cancelled and moved to a new provider. Overcharges, poor communication, always adding fees, fuel/environmental surcharges, account managers not responding to enquiries but customer services saying that all issues need to go through the account manager! These are just the tip of the iceberg. They are not isolated incidents either, but chronic. Also, rather than having someone responding with an email address on here, just sort out the customer service system! My advice would be to avoid as there are far better options out there!

We don't want additional services BUT it's nice to know if there is maybe a discount we can utilise. Whilst not our account manager he provides such a good sales service that I never need to contact our account manager

He was extremely professional and nothing was too much trouble it was totally refreshing to receive this service.
