Switches from USD to EUR in booking quote, sends invoice in EUR but bills you in USD and refuses to send you USD invoice. You will also get a foreign transaction fee from your bank. Terrible customer service.

Great service. They went the extra mile when I was stranded without a room. The Emergency Traveler Service worked like a charm and within minutes they got back to me and resolved the issue. Great price too! Outstanding.

Made a booking today and paid 250 pounds, 6 minutes later received an email asking me to pay an extra 63 euros as the price has increase and they wanted a quick answer from me so they can send me a link to pay. They stated on the email if i don't want to pay the extra they will cancel my booking and refund my money in the very same day. I refused to pay an extra and i m still waiting for my money and no hotel booked. I have copies of all our correspondence and something needs to be done. Following you reply, if your team has released the money then why did i not received it?

During Covit-19 outbreak, we were due to go to Japan. We had a nonrefundable booking but staff helped and assisted us all the way to full refund. They replied promptly and patiently to every of my emails. This kind of service is impressive and we appreciate it. Thanks!

Nustay assistant reply to email/phone immediatly(less than 2min) when you contact them. They was able to negiciate my refund even after I book with no refund agreement. I had a trouble twice(Paris and Sunnyvale) with Hotel booking and, Nustay assistance was able to assit me with lot of satisfaction.

I would give them no stars at all if I could!!!! Let’s start there. Now I booked a stay that cost me nearly $300 and once I showed up to check in the hotel told me that there were no rooms available for the one that I booked and asked if I would like another room which I did not take because it wouldn’t accommodate me and my guests. So I immediately tried calling nustay the phone would give you an option like 1 or 2 and I tried them all and every time the phone just hung up on me not letting me get through to a real person which is VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE not only did I try that 100,000 time I also tried emailing 100,000 more time each time I got automatic replies and my bank will not let me dispute it because it has already been posted all they could tell me is to contact nustay and I CANNOT REACH THEM!!! It’s been days !!! Do NOT BOOK WITH THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!! Below is the emails I received each time I tried to contact them. We would like to apologize for the inconvenience. “Please, kindly note that due to the high volume of calls our lines are not available. As we have informed you earlier your issue is very important to us and we are right now over the phone with our hotel partner trying to clarify what happened to your booking. We do totally understand that the situation that you have faced with the booking is absolutely unacceptable and we are doing our best to find out how to provide you with better service. Each and every client matters to us and we will pull all strings possible to assist you properly with the issue. Please, allow us some time to find the best resolution for your case. And of course, please, let us know if you would like to receive a call from us to make sure we are working properly with your request. Thank you for understanding.“ “Thank you for your email. Please rest assured that your case is right now handled with the highest priority. We will work on it and get back to you as soon as possible. Una bella scoperta!!! Un ottimo portale di prenotazione, oltre ad aver trovato un offerta imperdibile per un hotel a Kobe, avendo scelto un tariffa non rimborsabile, ho scoperto che anche il servizio clienti è ottimo!!! Una prontezza incredibile nel rispondere e rassicurare. Per la storia del Corona Virus purtroppo forse la mia vacanza dovrà essere annullata, quindi mi sono trovata a dover cercare di capire che fine avrebbe fatto la mi prenotazione, così ho scritto una mail all'asistenza clienti Nustay, che in poco tempo mi hanno risposto e hanno fatto di tutto per cancellare la prenotazione e rassicurato che in pochi giorni mi arriverà il rimborso. Qualora il mio volo non verrà annullato riprenotero con loro, e non solo per questa destinazione!!! Consigliatissimo !!!!

The Nustay representative was very helpful in making our start in Lisbon very special for my husband's birthday. Champagne and sweets in our room even after flight delays. Fernando at the front desk has been extremely helpful with travel arrangements. We will recommend this hotel to others gladly.

My wife and I were recently caught up with the problems of travelling between Honk Kong, Vietnam and Cambodia caused by the coronavirus. Two of our flights were cancelled, preventing us from reaching our destination hotels. Nustay's customer service team were the most efficient, reliable and friendly team that I have ever encountered and achieved success in obtaining us a full refund from one of the hotels. We had never booked hotels through Nustay before, now they are our preferred supplier.
