Amazing loved the service!!! The people were caring to my situation

I booked a hotel room through nustay The nustay site said the hotel had a bar/ happy hour/restaurant. When I got to the hotel it was a Holiday Inn express, no bar, no restaurant. The Holiday Inn front desk person Austin and his manager were both very accommodating and cancelled the reservation and told me it would be without penalty. I just needed to confirm with Nustay And I called Nustay while at the front desk. NO phone service...The Number did not work. They provide FALSE advertising. They then Rebooked the hotel 2 hours after I left the front desk headed on my way. Why would anybody in their right mind create a new booking when the customer has emailed and notified that they went to the hotel which was not as advertised. Cancelled the booking ONSiTE. Nustay has contacted me and processed refund. Also apologized for all inconvenience. I will give these guys another try in the near future. Bottom line... This should not have happened! If you don’t know don’t advertise. Make sure you are providing what you say you are providing!

In der Übersicht der Hotelzimmer wählt man eine Suite zum günstigen Fangpreis aus. Auf der nächsten Seite steht aber in kleiner Schrift "Standardzimmer". Wer bei diesem scheinbar günstigen Angebot nicht genau auf das Kleingedruckte achtet, zahlt bei diesem Anbieter drauf. Mein Fazit: Kein Preis war bei meinen ausgewählten Hotels günstiger als die Konkurrenz. Finger weg. Darüberhinaus sind die Zahlungsmodaliäten bei diesem teuren Preisen sehr unfreundlich: sofortige Bezahlung - keine Stornierung möglich. Aufgepaßt oder besser hier nicht buchen! Ich habe dieses Abzockangebot nicht gebucht!

Scam, advertises one price, then when you are about to pay it shows the price which is more than 40% more expensive. It puts the revised amount very small and makes it enticing to pay after you have put in your credit card details. This is not a glitch, I tried several times and the lower price shows first followed by the higher price after you've put your card details in so it's clearly programmed this way.
