I got 8 windows and a patio door ( all timber) replaced with double glazed PVC windows and doors through Britelite. The entire process from the sales call, quotation , survey to installation went as scheduled and planned. Britelite had advised upfront that there is an extended wait period for installation — but within that they kept to the agreed schedules and kept me updated at all stages. Very good product ( its only been installed for a week but I can feel the difference in insulation) and very good workmanship through a friendly installation team. I would recommend anyone planning for new / replacement windows & doors to consider Britelite as an option.

Initial door delivery was not good as the door was all scratched and had to be returned. There was a good response to get the door installation rescheduled, but completing the job on the original date planned would have been preferable

Fairly poor experience, salesman advised me 6 weeks to deliver, in reality took 20 weeks. Difficult to deal with, not my dept governor approach. Should of gone with cheaper quoting company, at least they were honest aboit delivery timescales.

I ordered a new front door and this company was suggested by the manufacturer so I went ahead and used britelite salesman was brilliant but after the initial dealings with him I ran into nothing but problems from the company given an install date book time off work and loose money to be told the installer was at a funeral and had to rebook when finally install day arrived the fitter was brilliant but trim for the door was missing and he had to return a week later to fit this. On fitting the door it was noticed by myself and the fitter that the wrong glass had been fitted and this is where the problems really started I contacted the company and was just fobbed off with the excuse that it was my mistake and I told them that if they looked in the brochure they would see the glass that should of been fitted still fobbed off so contacted the salesman and he got things moving but still to no avail eventually got movement but now told if I wanted the correct glass fitted it would cost me extra (NOT HAPPY) also told that the original glass is no longer made so bit my tongue and went ahead eventually got glass replaced. The saga continues after paying the extortionate fee to get the glass replaced I still get phone calls from the company saying that I owe them money. DON’T USE THIS COMPANY if you want a good job done if I could give a minus review it would be-10

Recently had a new front door installed by Britelite. The Installers were very polite and professional. They left no rubbish or mess and even removed the old frame and front door. I chose Britelite because they are a local company and have been operating for as long as I can remember with a well deserved excellent reputation which I wish to endorse. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will be using them again.

Overall the product is good but the installation was a little troublesome. One man team sent to install what really required more than one man. Shortage of materials and the fitter wasnt prepared to buy anything from his own pocket and get remunerated. Messy workmanship required some cement fill around the window which was not done well and left a mess in our porch where it was manually mixed. The scaffolding was left in place far too long after the job finished. Overall happy with the end-product and have already ordered further but hoping the next installation will be far smoother

A great professional team who just got on with the job leaving no mess at all. Really pleased with the finish of our flat roof , it makes such a difference to the appearance of our home. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience using Britelite for our new Solidor Front door.

We are delighted with our conservatory but we had a few issues with the guttering and door locks which took some time to rectify. The door locks in particular caused us problems as we could not lock the door which compromised our security.

Really poor service and I am extremely disappointed with overall Sales and Customer Services. Job delayed by a week, then error to Scaffolding. 3 weeks on and I am still waiting for Scaffolding to be removed. No one calls you to update you on delays (poor Customer Services). Sales rep seems like he's washed this issue off his hands once payment was received. Wish I did not fully pay them until my house was back in order.

Highly skilled workforce. Site left spotless. Problems sorted out quickly in an old house with nothing simple.

We were very impressed with the professional attitude of the fitters who did all they could to minimise disruption and mess.

My conservatory roof is leaking. It is still well within the guarantee period. On contacting Britelite in early January I was informed they couldn’t get anyone out to me until March! Very disappointing.

I am delighted with the new doors that were installed by Britelite. The fitters did an excellent job and they were clean and tidy. My only "gripe" is that we were not contacted by Britelite between the date the installation was confirmed and the day the doors were fitted. It would have been nice to get a reminder about the installation and a confirmation of when the fitters were due to arrive.

2 Workers (professional, friendly & good work) were fixing the double glazing windows & door but one window has incorrect size. Up till now been over 1 day still no one from office calling or inform me what happens to the double glazed window who is not fixed because of the wrong size glasses.

From the start with the Surveyor to the Installer, we were very happy with the service and product we received. Have used this Company several times and their workforce has been friendly and efficient each time. The product this time was a side door for the garage. Very satisfied with the job.
