I had to contact the office to arrange the surveyor who should have contacted me . The surveyor was pleasant . The first and second appointment were cancelled due to illness . The second appointment was cancelled by text which I thought was not acceptable and was only seen by chance. When I called I was told I would be called back with a new date . I was not called and had to call to arrange a new date for the fitting. The original fitting date was November the windows were fitted in January. The fitters was pleasant and done a nice job .

United Kingdom | 31 December 2021The team Rob & Ian were excellent informed us of the process and were tidy and protected our carpets and furniture. Completed the work in a timely process. We were disappointed when we received a phone prior to works starting on 20th December, regarding cancelling our start date. We had cancelled a family celebration to have the windows fitted on the given date. However when we explained this to the management team eventually the date was honoured by an excellent team.

Though the pricing was higher than the other bidders I gave the job to them and they had done an excellent job. When I had enough funds for replacement of my other higher roof, I looked around to understand costs involved. BriteLite pricing was higher than competitors. Because of the job they had done for me I contacted BriteLite to discuss. They sent their Sales Advisor, we talked asked him to review their pricing! He talked to his Management, explained I was an old customer! They reviewed, revised their quote but it was still high! However, based on my past experience I decided to pay the premium! They sent us an excellent hard working Field Team headed by Christ, completed the job on time as promised with help of those people in their Head Office who. United Kingdom | 14 December 2021We were let down with the date we were originally given which was very annoying then the second one did not happen. This has resulted in us not having a burglar alarm for 10 days. We had to have it installed on a Saturday. The men were pleasant enough but they really did not tidy up after themselves very well or present the door fully cleaned to us. The entry step is the wrong colour and we still have not had any information when that will be changed.

United Kingdom | 14 December 2021Cannot believe I’m having to write yet another bad review for this company and their terrible service to us! Quick overview…we were originally booked in to have our doors fitted on 1.12.21, they then contacted us at 4pm the day before to say the parts weren’t in so would need to postpone until the new year as there was no way the parts would be in in time. I obviously complained about this as we have security and mould issues with our existing doors. All of a sudden the company made ‘internal arrangements’ and were now able to fit us in for work to start tomorrow (14.12.21)?! I then called at 2pm today to check if it was going ahead and the reply I had was “yes I see no reason at all why it won’t be going ahead tomorrow” then all of a sudden I get a voicemail left on my phone at 4.45pm (phone lines close at 5!) to say that the fitting team has currently only been one man as the other has been off sick so our door fitting has been cancelled again due to this and the man now being really behind! They would have known this when I called at 2! Especially when it was made clear to me on the voicemail that the other employee has been off sick for at least a couple of days. So fed up of being lied to and let down by this company! We work and have two young children so both times special arrangements have had to be made to make sure there would be somebody at the house! We have already paid so much money for a service that is not being delivered! I beg that anybody looking for new doors or windows does not use this company!!

United Kingdom | 03 December 2021Great standard of service from start to finish. The lifecycle of your journey is nicely communicated in emails. I was never bombarded with unnecessary correspondence. The quality of the windows and door met all my expectations. The fitting was done in a quick short space of time. The cost of the work beat the competitors comfortably. My only recommendation is to improve the link between the product offered by the sales agent and Britelite's website, it was not always consistent making I tricky selecting some options. I have already recommended Britelite to friends and family.

The fitter and his mate arrived bang on 8am both mornings came straight in and got on with it -He would not win any awards for charm and diplomacy but was pleasant enough But Boy does he know his job and thats what you want --8 windows including the bay Day1-- 3 doors inc french door Day 2 House left clean and tidy floors swept &carpets vacuumed rubbish taken away and best of all no re-decoration required All other dealings with Brightlight were helpful and professional----- I hope he will not mind me giving away his name but the fitter was Shawn.

This was not the case as it clearly stated in the contract .We had a very aggressive sales rep trying to get us to change our minds on the door frame.After more phone calls we compromised and a new door/frame was agreed.As time went by and installation dates missed we had scaffolding erected (still here) then covid delays.installation started on removal of top bay window no support used.Raised this with team on site and office.Had conformed with office week before that all materials were in and also had email to confirm this. Then last day of installation informed door not available another delay door has now been fitted but has the wrong threshold colour. and trickle vent missing from wc window.

United Kingdom | 17 November 2021Britelite Contract 111481C Britelite installed our new conservatory just over ten years ago now and we've had a number of problems on and off over the years. The roof panes slipped down several times, causing roof leaks and had to be repositioned a number of times, the floor has sunk, the coloured faux 'stained glass' top lights have faded and one of the doors won't close properly in the summer, but the current ongoing problem we are most concerned with has been the guttering which leaked from the word go, faded, and finally came apart some years ago, causing damp and damaging the brickwork and we have been trying to get Britelite to replace it ever since, but it's been one excuse after another until our guarantee has finally run out and still we have no working guttering on our conservatory. Because of these problems I would not recommend this company, but especially so as they have failed to honour their 'ten year' guarantee. Very disappointing. Jan 2022 - We've now had a visit from the Britelite team who've replaced our defective guttering, (many thanks), so I've upgraded the rating from 1 star to two stars for the moment until we see if it's watertight when the rain comes as it's been pretty dry since they did it.
