The fitter Robert Eyre was brilliant. He accommodated my wish to inspect the work as he progressed ( previous bad experience). He cleaned up thoroughly when he finished each day although very little mess was made.

Very pleased with windows in general although felt the downstairs were rushed and not given the care and attention the rest of windows had in the house it was a Friday and the day of the storm and one fitter did go sick so maybe why! I think a check after the fit would be good instead on the first day

Had installed windows and doors a few months back. It nearly took around 4-5 months for the order to be manufactured, and still, it was not as per the description we agreed on. Furthermore, since it has been installed, I have had numerous issues with my doors/windows. I am not happy with the services and even complained to senior management about the same. I won't deny the fact, they try to fix the issues, but again after spending huge money, nobody would expect fixing windows every other day. Overall, they need to improve a lot to build some reputation. excellent product, fitting was very good, some issues but resolved quickly

We had windows and doors from Britelite but still have the scaffolding they put up FIVE MONTHS ago. Every time we call Britelite customer services they have promised us they'll arrange for it to be taken away but they never have, they just keep saying the same thing when we call. We called and complained again and were told it was now 'urgent' and they would come on Monday or Tuesday of the following week. We rearranged everything so that my husband could be at home as the scaffolding is in the back garden and they would need access. After rearranging the school runs etc and waiting at home for two days they still didn't turn up and there was no phone call or any apology so we had to call Britelite AGAIN. We are now having an extention built and the scaffolding is in the way so I have asked the builders to take down the scaffolding and invoice Britelite. We paid a scaffolding charge but are now having to get someone else to remove it. I definitely won't use Britelite again and wouldn't recommend them.

We installed Britelite windows at our old house & were very pleased with them so when we moved & had a couple of cold metal windows to replace Britelite was our natural choice. As before the price was good & the work was done efficiently on the day, although I did feel sorry for the excellent fitter doing the job on his own! He was able to fit the windows well despite there being a slight problem with the measurements & our son's bedroom and the bathroom are much warmer as a result. Many thanks

Sellman comes to me quotation he said I am not going measure all windows and door he measure only window and told me that you you can work it out quotation your self.

Wrong size window was delivered It took longer than stated the job would take. Then when they did come back to replace the kitchen window didn’t bring back door glass or door nocker so had to wait the following day to get all sorted..

Very pleased with the work which was carried out efficiently. Polite installers couldn't fault them.
