I found the on line discussion with sales very good and the product is excellent. I felt offended and de-valued to be told when a fitter tested positive that other customers installations would be carried out by other fitters but my installation would be put back four days. Why me ? This was inconvenient and I incurred a small financial loss.

A catalogue of mistakes and problems led to this not being a good experience with Britelite. We had a good experience with them in 2020, when they fitted a skylight, but the recent work with guttering etc was anything but a good experience. Both the original estimator and surveyor got things wrong so that we had to pay more than the agreed price by £300.00 and, although the actual fitters did a good job, we had to do a lot of chasing up regarding the scaffolders and damage to flashing on a glass roof which caused a leak which had not been there before. Britelite let themselves down badly on this occasion.

We had orangery with which we are very pleased,work got delayed several times due to covid.Workers were very polite and clean overall.Had couple of issues we were not satisfied with but got it sorted eventually.Would recommend to friends.

The whole process was straightforward, fitters efficient and helpful. Will use Britelite for future window replacements.

I originally ordered my new windows from Britelite Windows in January 2021 and had to wait until November of that year for the fitting. This was largely anticipated, however, owing to their order book and COVID related postponements. Although there were a couple of issues with slight damage to one of the windows, and missing handles/hooks for two of the other windows, which took another 2-3 months to fully resolve, I am extremely pleased with the windows. The fitters were also very friendly and professional. Although I did find communication from Britelite Windows to be fairly light, I was extremely impressed with the way in which they handled my calls. There was absolutely no quibbling when issues were raised with them, and they did an excellent job at resolving those issues. I would highly recommend Britelite Windows!

We shortlisted them based on the Which excellent review, and we chose them based on their commpetitive price and trusting the Which review which stated how good their installation and quality was. Well, I think many other people had the same thought as the whole process after the sales was completed was a bit of a joke. Poor communication and things only moved forward when I chased. Then when it finally came to the installation (of a whole house of windows), there was supposed to be a two man team, but one was sick, and so rather than send someone else, brightlite tasked that one installer to do it all by himself, including several bay windows, and including working at height. Unsurprisingly the job, which was supposed to be completed in a week, took nearly 3 weeks, and, whilst the windows were in, he made no effort to seal etc round them so the decorator had to. I'm assuming the windows are of good quality, so still giving 3 stars, but I wouldn't recommend them based on our experience.

The window replacement conforms to our other Britelite windows in as much as it is triple glazed. A first class job by first class tradesmen. Quick quiet and very polite.

Really impressed with the job

I am more than happy with my new windows and door,the fitters were excellent,thank you to Dan and Les for doing a brilliant job and for that part will give 5 stars. BUT…. eight days later I am still waiting for the scaffolding to be taken down,called the office twice to be told that once they get date from scaffolders they will let me know!! I had booked for the front of my house to be painted but as scaffolding is still in place this can’t be done and I’ve had to cancel…
