Excellent service by fitter of my new front door

Very poor installation. Sealant all over the brickwork. Frames not square in the brickwork. Some damage to internal walls. Now having to have them refitted. Very poor customer relations . No apologies given

Well since my post on here on the 26th June I have had a promise to replace the bowed back door and apparently the delay was in supply of spares from Aluk for the bifold doors. Aluk say the parts are stock items…. I still have no idea when my very expensive bifold doors will actually be repaired….

Representative visited on same day as initial enquiry--all sounded very promising, quote would be with us that evening. Haven't heard from them since!! Not impressed!! Update--Britelite have, eventually, contacted me to give a quote.

Not very happy contract was put down falsely I wanted chrome furniture and I was delivered Brass and now they can’t change it because the windows are fitted Fitter said they could be changed but it turns out I couldn’tso none of my inside door furniture matches my windows brilliant Now they’re demanding that I pay Full amount before they sort anything else out charge extortionate prices for not very good product and not very good customer relations been waiting two weeks to get back to me and asked several times for paperwork in the post to no avail

All work in replacing my windows was carried out in a very professional manner. Every detail was considered during the survey carried out by Lee who was extremely helpful. Great care was taken by the fitters especially around the glass covered reveals. An exceptionally high level of professionalism and expertise by two very helpful and friendly fitters. I would not hesitate to recommend the work of Scott and Chris who went above and beyond. They left my home clean and tidy, with very neat finishes around all windows. All the old windows were taken away and I am extremely happy with the high quality of work around my replacement windows. I will certainly use Britelite again. Thank you.

My initial contact with Britelite was very positive, I found the Sales Representative to be extremely knowledgeable with the products available. He offered helpful constructive advice to modify our porch door & side window assembly to blend with existing architecture. Having agreed the design & cost, an order was duly placed. The lead time between placing the order & installation date was reasonable in the current climate. The installation date was agreed & confirmed. The technician arrived promptly on the due date & commenced work. The old installation was removed & the replacement door / windows fitted. All old materials removed & site left clean & tidy. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the product & installation, I would recommend Britelite.

Product and installation good and no problems but administration and customer communication very poor.

Window fitter let them down with poor job, but Ray the Installation Manager rectified all the mistakes and problems and is an absolute STAR very tidy, professional and knows what he is doing, well happy now.
