Just needed new roof on our conservatory and opted for the aqua self cleaning glass. Whole process was very easy. Video consultation, with very prompt quote. (Did have to chase up the survey being done). Roof was fitted in one day by a great fitter working alone, with few finishing off bits to do the next day. Very pleased with final result, conservatory looks so much brighter.

friendly operative installed my new door on the hottest day of the year. he got on with the job in hand and cleared up after the installation. Britelite were good at communicating with me and updating me on where i was in the process. i would recommend them.

We were initially not happy with the service we received due to our installation date being cancelled twice at short notice. However, our front door was fitted last Thursday and we love it! The quality is great and the installation guys were very polite and efficient. They cleaned up all mess afterwards and even went the extra mile to box in some exposed wires without being asked to do so. Really happy with our door and the service we received.

Britelite is the most unprofessional company and service we have ever had. They cancelled 2 times now on the actual day when they should be fitting our doors and windows, no advance notice what so ever... The only good person maybe was the salesman because they were so keen to do the sale and get the deposit... But ever since then the whole experience was hell. Whenever you try to call the installation department there's no answer and when they do they will just reassure you that the installation is booked but they will not see it through anyway.... Total waste of time and money.... This experience is a total nightmare.... Would definitely not recommend

Britelite service for repairs is appalling. Would not recommend them for conservatory installations. Our leak has been going on for a couple of years and they gave still not resolved it. Different operatives are sent each time and don’t know what they are suppose to be doing and parts are delayed so appointments are put back. Each appointment is a month in between because they are too busy dealing with repairs.

I am waiting for the sealant to be redone as it cracked. The door would not close properly last week so that will be checked and also the door furniture colour does not match. I am hoping to get this resolved as it is now 5 weeks since the fitting.

Pleased with the quality/price of the windows fitted. Also liked the professional manner of the Sales person and surveyor. The window fitting on the whole was good, but rushed. The windows were finished on the outside in an agreed manner as we are having external rendering(another company). So outside trims were not fitted and the job will not looked finished outside until the rendering is completed. I raised an issue with damaged brick work under a bay window sill which wasn't picked up immediately. After contacting Britelite they repaired the issue within 2 weeks. I am very happy with my new windows.

I recently had all my back windows & patio doors replaced . I was so impressed with Jason & his young helper , they were both so professional & efficient . They protected all my carpets & tidied up everything ! The windows and doors are great & l even had a cat flap installed in the doors , that blends in perfectly with the panel . They worked tirelessly without a dinner break , with only numerous cups of coffee & biscuits . I have to give them 5 stars , they even carried on through a torrential thunderstorm & numerous downpours . I would thoroughly recommend Britelite to anyone & was so happy my neighbour recommended them to me !

Arrived on time. Very professional with installation and tidied up afterwards. Full demonstration of locking system. Very satisfied.

I would seriously avoid buying doors from here. It has been such a stressful experience. Firstly the door wouldn't open when the sun hit it directly. Since getting it 'fixed' we have had an engineer round on a weekly/fortnightly basis because the door keeps getting stuck. We put our complaint in March and 3 months later its still not resolved. You can tell the company simply doesn't care and don't realise how much of a fire hazard it is. I really didn't want to write a negative review and put it off for weeks but we are honestly extremely fed up.

Very professional service throughout the whole experience. We are very pleased with the final product and every aspect was done well including managing to preserve existing decoration.

Thank you Britelite Windows for my new round port bedroom window. The sales and surveyor experience were both very informative and efficient. Communication via email at every stage was very clear and prompt. The installation went smoothly and quickly and the gentleman who fitted the window was very considerate, polite and tidy. He warned me in advance of the noise level and warned me about potential pieces of glass 'appearing' on the ground outside my house once the scaffolding was disassembled, which was very helpful. My bedroom is now warmer, quieter, brighter and definitely more aesthetically pleasing. It has been a good investment. Thank you.
