French doors still not fixed.

Britelite offered a comprehensive and very helpful service. The survey was very thorough and the company were able to answer any questions that I had leading up to the installation. The installer was very friendly and professional and make a fast and clean job of the entire installation. The doors are good quality and we are very pleased with the finish. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company for similar jobs.

Pro: The windows in themselves are good and I am happy with them. Con: I didn’t realise how much else would get damaged during the installation process. Con: Installation seemed slightly rushed. Tensions within the fitting team.

Long time for fitting and the fitting was then rushed so had to get them back to fix the issues. Complaint made but not handled well.

I recently had a new front door and 4 windows installed, the quality of the windows and doors are good and the service received when dealing with Britelite was also good. However the installation team was not great very rushed when installing the door and only one guy came to install the windows. In both instances the damage caused to the internal reveals when removing the old windows and door was not made good to an acceptable standard. Be prepared to have to do this yourself with plenty of filler or plaster repair and plenty of rubbing down and refilling, if you can't do that yourself you will be employing another tradesman!

Excellent service from start to finish. Installation painless. Very knowledgable team. COVID 19 leaflet given and guidelines followed.

The windows look good but mist up so badly in the morning

We are delighted with our windows. They are sleek and elegant and have not only provided us with a weather tight house but also increased the kerb appeal enormously.

Firstly the windows were die to be fitted on Monday 29th April but were fitted on Saturday 24th April but were missing 3 window culls. The quality of the windows were excellent and would buy again in the future. The 3 remaining call were fitted eventually. I am pleased but the mess left behind on my bay window was not cleaned I had to do this mtself

This was possibly the worst experience I have had. Unprofessional from start to finish. A simple project has taken in excess of 5 weeks to fix. I would never recommend this company. Appalling.

Britelite Windows installed our fantastic windows and now our house feels like a home! Everything went brilliantly from the initial estimate through to the polite and professional fitters. Cannot recommend more highly!

Whilst the work was carried out very efficiently I found that the customer care was a bit lacking. We were told the installation would be within 6 weeks or so but I had to contact them to ask as the time had gone and no-one had informed us of any delay. The I was told "well we were busy" and no apology, other than that I would recommend them.

Would strongly recommend avoiding this company!!!! We had a conservatory built by Britelite as our old one was coming away from the wall. The surveyor confirmed that new foundations were needed, however this was not done. When we complained to the manager, he did not believe us until we sent photographic evidence proving that practically no materials were used. After numerous phone calls, an investigation was carried out and the whole conservatory had to come down and be rebuilt. The whole process took approx 3 months instead of 3 weeks. The Management of this company are appalling - they never reply to calls or e-mails. We have still not received a written apology!!! In response to the below - the compensation (which we never asked for or expected) was definitely not "significant" and was not mutually agreed. Also, apologising in response to a bad review does not count as a written apology - it looks more like damage limitation to me !!!!

15 years ago I had windows and french doors supplied by Britelite fitted in a conservatory. They have functioned faultlessly ever since so I had no hesitation in approaching Britelite for 8 replacement windows and a door for the house itself. Due to covid I had a video conference with the salesman who advised and guided me. He quoted there and then and confirmed by email. I took the option of a one year interest free payment plan and it was very straightforward. The surveyor was in touch within a couple of days and visited to take his measurements. It was done in a very covid secure manner. Six weeks later the fitter arrived dead on 8am on the day arranged. The work was completed in two days. All was very clean and tidy, sheets laid wherever they were needed. I can’t fault anything.

Reasonably happy with the work however I had to do some extra work on the rainwater pipes which were not done properly.

I will use Britelite again for other jobs. From start to finish I was treated very professionally The workmen are very knowledgeable and the work done to quality standard Although I experienced slight delay I understood the circumstance due to covid. Price is also competitive

I had quotes from a number of window companies but I found that George ( sales representative of Britelite windows) very informative and not at all pushy! I had plenty of time to think and accept their quote. My windows arrived on time and the fitting team , Marti and Terry were fantastic and great fun . Very experienced and they made sure I was happy and all the rubbish was cleared and even their scaffolding team were so polite! I would highly recommend Britelite windows! Keep up the good work guys.
