When looking for insurance for my caravan Star insurance was the most competitive with premium pricing The phone wait time was minimal and the staff were friendly, I have recommended Star to others

So far I havent had any claims. But they cover my caravan insurance that I live in. I found they offered good prices and I love their continuous communication.

Hullo Peter Kazo, Sorry about delay in reply , we have only just arrived home from 4 months away in our motor home , we had minimal phone reception and less data availabilty in the areas that we were touring, however in regards to our minor windscreen damage , the service that we received from you saved us from a more serious problem that may have developed , and considering that I rang in the weekend your response was appreciated , the service from the windscreen seviceman was immediate considering it was a weekend and they were very busy. Hi, when we purchased our RV our first priority was which insurance company in the best interest looking after us on and off the road didn't take long to decide our mechanic had nothing but lots of praise for Star Insurance we trust our mechanic and can't thank Star Insurance whanau enough such prompt service...great at communicating treated as family nga mihi.

I've searched high and low to find the best insurance provider for my Tesla Model 3, reading policies, comparing pricing etc and Star came out on top for their policy wording, new car policy, rental cover and glass cover without breaking the bank. Sure, there are other providers who are cheaper but their policies also don't cover you for nearly as much as Star does. I've phoned Star a few times now, their customer service reps were quick to answer the phone and also helpful with answering questions I had. I'm yet to make a claim outside of windscreen chip damage but from what I've seen they're possibly one of the more stress-free insurance providers I've seen (also based on reviews on here). Thanks!

Very impressed with the service to replace the windscreen in my car. The parts are rare and hard to obtain in NZ, but Star Insurance went out of their way to source a suitable replacement.

Had a broken side window in my Transit.Problem was it was of AU special manf. However a replacement was located and shipped to NZ. This was quite expensive but Star did the job no fuss.

When I accidentally shattered the large LH mirror on my motorhome Star was quick to come to my aid. Their staff were so friendly knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. As a long-time motorhomer and member of the NZMCA, I have no hesitation in recommending Star to all my motorhome friends.

After being hit in the rear while parked in a camp site the team at star have been great covering all the repair costs . Though the situation was a bit drawn out due to getting parts out of the UK they always assured us we would get there in the end. Our caravan now looks like new again and we are very happy customers.
