I got great help from their customer service. Phone call answered quickly and the person was friendly and helpful, and then a couple of emails to follow up, and my issue successfully sorted out. Plus I’m happy with the items I bought from them, and their prices.

Toy had manufacturing issue. Customer service was so easy to talk to and solved issue beyond expectations. Have always found customer service representatives on the online chat to be amazingly helpful.

I bought a dinosaur jigsaw from the store in Aylesbury and when we opened it, inside was a jigsaw of unicorns. I had a very disappointed 3 year old Grandson. I email customer service, had a reply within 10 minutes, and a replacement was on order within the hour. Well done. Best customer services I have ever dealt with.

I waited a month for delivery. Nothing turns up. Enquire to check where my delivery is and they said it’s been delivered. Their courier left the item outside my property despite me not listing any safe space. ELC refusing to send a replacement saying I’m “too late”. I was just eating for them to deliver as hadn’t received any notifications to say it was delivered. Rubbish service!

ordered a large item (for school) arrived promptly. unfortunately, it wasnt the one that colleagues wanted. I phoned to discuss return / replacement. So helpful - returns collected within 24hours. refund due within a few days.

Edit: I have not requested a return for replacement. I have asked for the missing parts to be included. There was obviously a manufacturing fault. A floor puzzle (brand new and unopened) was gifted to our son for his birthday. We were with him when he opened it and there were two corner pieces missing, but another piece was duplicated (not the piece used as a label on the box). I sent photographic evidence to customer service to request replacement pieces as the item is evidently faulty, but the members of staff have refused to assist unless I can produce proof of purchase. The item was a gift! It is not going to be easy to chase a receipt from the gift giver. I am unhappy that the company can sell faulty goods and refuse to accept responsibility.

Placed an order 1 week ago and a completely different thing has arrived. I have tried contacting via telephone WhatsApp messenger and I am still yet to resolve this. Ridiculous as I probably won't have this delivered in time for Christmas

It worked well. Good selection of toys and managed to find a good present fairly easily after racking my brains for weeks. Was pleased with the prompt delivery, despite all the problems with other delivery options pre Christmas. Would use them again.

Placed an order on 11th Nov. By the 30th I had heard nothing. I tried to contact them by Whats app, by phone & by chat box. No response at all. Then, today on 5th December they 'Thanked me for returning the item' & refunded me! I have never had the item in the 1st place & the birthday I ordered it for has come & gone. Never again!

I tried to place an order and for some reason it didn't process but the money still came out of my account. However a quick live chat with am amazing lady called Nadia and it was sorted and my order was on its way.
