United States | 17 November 2024Statelymen.com is a social media snake. I purchased the monthly mid level Regal Plan, not cheap at $298, but not expensive. I received my first box in a week. The quality is quite poor. Puckered pockets on the faux jeans, plastic shoes with plastic soles. By the way in in my profile, I explicitly stated NO SHOEs. They even threw in a 4 foot long scarf. Because everyone is wearing those now a days. After deciding the quality is not up to my standards, and resembles more a sample sale in downtown L.A. I requested a return And refund. The Customer Service Agent indicated a refund is not an option. WHAT! Not an option for a Subscription customer. That's a really quick way to lose customers. No where on there website is that stated. Not too mention they provide full refunds on their OUT OF THE BOX program, why not for a subscription customer? Their "professional Stylists" clearly assemble low quality ill fitting rags that absolutely should qualify for full refund since it is sent sight unseen. Wow. That says a lot about the trust they have in their stylists. After sending 6 emails Its been a week and they wont issue an RMA for credit ** They have since sent an RMA. . Save your money, your time, and the health of your prefrontal cortex and shop at StitchFix, Wantables, Daily Look or some other REPUTABLE brand that has a reasonable return policy. ****Update: While Stately's response to my review, "to contact them" seemed promising, it is more an effort to save face on a review site and ultimately resulted in an offer of store credit. As someone dissatisfied with the quality of the merchandise, a store credit isn't the resolution I expect for merchandise sent sight unseen by their stylists.

Both shipments arrived promptly within about a week of processing, which was a pleasant surprise. With other platforms, I've often had issues finding the right fit, but I’ve been impressed with the fit, quality, and style of each item Stately Men has selected for me. It’s clear there’s attention to detail in curating pieces that suit my preferences. One of the standout features for me is the letter insert included in each box, which guides me on how to pair the different items. It’s a small touch but very helpful, especially for someone who appreciates a bit of style advice! One suggestion I have would be the addition of an app. It would be amazing to interact with the products directly, see the options available, 'like' items, and potentially share feedback on styles I’d like to try. An app could also show previews of items my stylist has in mind for upcoming boxes, creating more engagement and customization. Overall, I’m really pleased with the service and look forward to seeing how Stately Men continues to innovate!

United States | 13 November 2024I had high hopes for Stately Men, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. While the clothes themselves were nice, the return process was a nightmare that ultimately led me to cancel my subscription. The main issue is their incredibly complicated and user-unfriendly return policy. When I needed to return items, I couldn't find any clear instructions on their website. It's as if they intentionally make the return process difficult to find or use. Even when I did manage to initiate a return, I was left guessing how to actually send the items back. I resorted to using the original box the clothes came in, it worked. After dealing with this frustrating process a couple of times, I decided to cancel my account. However, they had already sent another shipment. When those clothes didn't fit, I was shocked to learn that I couldn't return them without paying an extra fee. This felt like a slap in the face after all the trouble I'd already been through. StatelyMen.com is a hard company to deal with. Their lack of transparency and customer-unfriendly policies make what should be a convenient service into a headache-inducing ordeal. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this company. You'll likely regret going down this path, as I did.

This definitely enhances my wardrobe and I'll be looking forward to more additions in the future. Shout-out to Monica, she did a fantastic job. For me, this service is worth every penny. I get attractive styles preselected using great materials that fit and look amazing.

I don't like to shop for clothes so receiving a package with styled clothing is both exciting and relieves the stress of having to pick out my own outfits. I feel great with all of the selections and have fun matching them with other parts of my wardrobe.

I can tell that they are trying out different styled items to gauge my responses, so that better-chosen items can be sent in the future. So far, this company is wonderful and worth the money.

United States | 29 October 2024I had to cancel my subscription after 3 boxes.I was underwhelmed with the smart casual styling choices that I was sent in all the boxes and the last box for $500 bucks was basically a blue blazer with khakis some shoes And a couple of shirts which I could go anywhere and get that and do that myself so it feels like that was somebody “mailing it in” with basic dad gear. . I don’t know if it was just a bad run and I just got bad stylish advice from whoever was doing it but not great and not super impressed not after sending all the pictures and answering all the questions and all that good stuff so yeah, not definitely not worth the money. I can do better and save money , just a big disappointment.
