Exchanges are a nightmare. Not sure what algorithm they thought matched my request but some cloths don't fit and are sketchy quality. They make it so difficult to return items you just get a box that is half throw away. There are better services with better return procedures to choose from.

I love the wardrobe refresh. I get staple pieces that I can add my own personality to. However, if you're looking for a service that sends you unique, colorful, and/or patterned pieces, this may not be for you. Customer service is great. If you have an issue or want to return an item, returns are simple and efficient.

Style , color and sizes are perfect, i dont need to alternate anything, plus fabric quality is amazing

I understand the difficulty in sending sizes that will always fit 100% of the time but I recently received a coat that was nowhere near my size, which is on file. In order to exchange this item I had to pay $14 which is ludicrous. Additionally, in a previous order, I received a belt that does not fit and did not notice until it was outside the exchange timeframe and now I’m stuck with a belt that doesn’t fit. Stately just is not customer friendly. Exchanges are a basic part of this process and should be much easier to process.

I loved that I had multiple options in a singular box to match with the elevated clothing I obtained, the jeans I got from my box go perfectly with just about everything including the jacket/shirts. The shoes took me by surprise as well.

The style they send you is usually spot on.. and customer service is outstanding. If something is not right, they'll quickly deal with it...

They have really good quality merchandise and I love not having to shop. The stylists do a really good job matching what you like, especially if you upload some photos of styles that you like.

So far I have had great experiences with this company. Even though some mistakes have been made on certain orders, All of them have been made right and I’m very happy about that. So far, I have no regrets about using this service and I’ve been using it for about three months now. I get complimented all the time about my new style and I tell people exactly where I got it from. I don’t know if that has brought this company anymore business but I would hope that it would because it’s extremely affordable in the customer service has been incredible. I have a feeling I will be using this service for a long time.

It all comes down to the clothes looking good together. The feeling that your styles are really heard and got by your personal stylist.

The personalization has been on point to my character and style. The value of clothing is great.

Fantastic experience. First time. Selected subscription and completed profile. Received first box a week ago. The packaging was great. The clothing selected was exciting. I liked all the pieces and they fit my persona well. The value seems high as well from cost of clothing to having a live stylist. Definitely recommend trying.

Good quality and good stylist selections. The clothes also fit well. Slacks and pants sometimes need alterations.
