I was very-very hesitant to order, but the reviews seem genuine and I did a little research on the company. I just received my first order. Yes! I was I impressed! The packing inside the box was assume! Long story short: The fashion and style they picked out was Excellent! I could not believe every item fitted just right. EVERYTHING IN THE BOX WAS MY OUTFIT (if that's the correct word to use). I only needed to pick out a pair of my own shoes to wear.... I could be "Stately" unofficial spokesperson! I'm a repeat client... Great Job!

This has been the best experience for my husband. He is a speaker who goes to many conferences and has always looked sharp in a suit for his speeches but needed an upgrade in his clothing for the rest of the weekend. We have loved all the stately boxes and have received 12 so far. He gets the boxes that include the shoes. Over all this time there have been only a few items that didn't fit or didn't work for him. You are able to exchange for another size if you do it in a timely manner. It is just not in us to go shopping for fashionable clothes. We love that he can put together fantastic outfits so easily. He has been approached by more than a couple men who have asked him how he looks so good and of course he lets them know. Thank you Stately for dressing my husband 😉😊

Absolutely trash company. Clothing is out of style, cheap and poorly designed. Don’t waste your money. You’re better off at the clearance rack at TJ maxx. Stay away

I'm very happy with Stately. I've received two boxes now. I'd summarize the key benefits for me as: 1. exposure to new styles - as a fashion conservative shopper I wouldn't at first glance pick some of articles of clothing - but now after wearing them I've received many compliments 2. exposure to new brands - I appreciate not wearing the same J Crew and Banana Republic looking clothes as the 'other guy' 3. the value in the box is excellent. It's a very good rate for the number of clothes and for the quality of the clothing.

Clothing is extremely cheap and thin. They send similar items every month, I received the exact same color and brand of pants and nearly identical belts two months in a row. I've sent items back for exchange and never received replacements, then was charged for shipping items I never received. The sizes are completely inconsistent and it's impossible to get in touch with them.

Clothing was not nice. Nothing even close to looking good. It seemed as of they sent me a bunch of stuff nobody liked. Try to cancel and you get sent on an endless loop.

Hello. I’ve been a customer going on for about a year now I’m always excited when my order arrives because it’s always filled with awesome items. This order had one item that had a small seen undone. I notified stately and almost immediately I got a response, stating I would be sent a brand new item within a few days!! Wow. Ive had only good experiences each time. Stately does everything well. Quality looks for an affordable price and the best customer service. They have curated my style with an excellent casual style that even my wife approves of. Even when I had a problem with a shipment they were quick to rectify the situation and exceed my expectations. Thank you Stephanie and the whole Stately team. You are the best.

This was my first box and I was impressed. I’ve tried all the other clothes delivery services and none of them even come close to stately. Everything was a nice style, great colors, and fit perfectly. I decided to keep every piece and immediately upped my presidential package delivery frequency from bimonthly to monthly. I look forward to my next box! It’s like Christmas year round.

The style was really good. Not a sweater guy but, decided to keep it v. the challenges with having to print and mail back with a trip to the post office. Cancelled my account to see how easy that might be. Surprisingly, their customer service was very responsive and able to close my account in minutes. They even provided an incentive to reconsider closing but, did so anyway after I declined. You might not like everything you get but, you CAN exchange it if you like. That’s a major part of their biz model and I get it. Having prompt and helpful customer service is the most important thing above all else and they excel here. You can see that by their time taken to respond to less than stellar reviews here and on other review platforms. I intend on signing back up after this experience.

I never have time to shop or pick clothes out for myself. My stylists did a great job at opening my options to clothing I normally don’t buy for my self but have received compliments from many people. I can’t wait for my next box!

Love the styles I’m getting. Getting complements in the office on the new looks. My only wish is that when I get a bonus pair of shoes that don’t fit that I could exchange them for the correct size.

I've asked for natural fabrics instead of man-made, and the resulting sweaters and shirt were beautiful. I'd held my breath until I'd see the results. I exhaled today in pure satisfaction and joy.

I received corduroy pants...not my style. The belt is too small...no way it is a 34 inch belt as marked...and yet your system says i can not return it?! The white shirt's sleeves were too short. I have longer arms so short sleeves can't be too short. i still have not received a replacement pant on a previous order.

It takes too long to get the box together (~10 days). I could understand if it was truly catering to the style preferences but then you seem to ignore those also. I don’t want pants I need to hem - you send unhemmed pants. I don’t want slim for dress pants, you basically send khaki yoga pants. Then you ship ground! So we are talking at least 17 days from ordering to get mediocre quality. I’m on Box 5, I’ve been as high as presidential. When I receive it next week I’ll make my decision on the future.

The past box I received was just an all-star box! Usually I am pretty pleased with what I get, but the most recent time...LOVED! Everything works perfectly together and it plays on my current style while also broadening it to try new things. Aside from sizes being a bit off (they're the sizes that I specified, but some companies run smaller) I couldn't be more happy!

Profile is business and it is just to casual. I am a return customer so I was very specific on no flannel etc. however I received very similar clothing to what I constantly received last time. I can send photos and verify the similarities between all items. How many flannel, shackets and green pants does one man need…unless you are Mr. Green Jeans
