United States | 27 July 2023I was very excited to receive the order. It started great, as they contacted me to clarify a few things before putting together the outfit. When the package came, it was wet and smelled a little like mold. As I am an anxious person, it was quite an unpleasant situation and I was mad, really mad (not necessarily at Stately, as it was probably the carrier's fault) for the situation! I emailed Stately immediately, and even quicker, they responded asking for pictures, they asked me to keep my current, damaged, box with all the items, but they'd send (free of charge) a new box, and even would send some different items, as on the one that had arrived there were a couple of pieces I didn't really like. Even so, they asked me to keep everything and now, I'm just waiting for the replacement box. Can't wait! Alexis helped me all the way through, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. When I got the box, I was determined to cancel the subscription and even ask for my money back for that first order. Now, I'm determined to keep them, as the clothes are of great quality, well packaged and the customer service is flawless! Definitely recommend them!

United States | 20 July 2023So wonderful to have someone that knows what they're doing pick out my clothes. I like how what comes with each shipment goes together with the previous shipment. Everything is high quality. I get outfits just a smidge out of my comfort zone, I put them on and the family is, "You look fantastic!" I'm a bug guy and these clothes fit well and make me look thinner! It must be the cut and the fabric. I'm grateful to not be standing in a store agonizing over choices.

United States | 13 July 2023If I could give it a lower score I would. The clothes are not good quality and they send you whatever they want- regardless of what you tell them you want. Customer service is awful and you have no option to return if you don’t like something. Don’t waste your money!

United States | 08 July 2023If I could give them a 0 I would. Buyer be aware. I decided to give this company a chance after all of the facebook ads. My order arrived and there were a lot of returns due to sizing issues. It happens. I returned the items for an exchange, modifying the sizes. They resent the items with some of the original sizes. Due to lack of phone access on their part, I was not able to discuss this with them other then via email chain. They tried telling me they sent the correct sizes until i took pictures and sent them to them. I sent the items back. They resent more items then returned. So I explained to them again via email that they messed up the order again. They ended up sending A duplicate shirt after that return. I decided that they were completely clueless. Canceled my subscription. What a joke. Either they are too busy or just don’t care. Either way they won’t be around long especially with their pricing. Don’t get me wrong, if the customer service was good, I still might be with them. However, that was not the case. Highly disappointed.

United States | 05 July 2023The first few boxes I received were decent, but then the style matching became more mismatched. For example, I was seeking business attire and received a box that included 2 pairs of shorts and a short sleeve. Not one piece was business attire and I exchanged the entire box; again receiving no business attire and a pair of shoes so ugly I couldn't even donate them to good will. I cancelled my subscription on June 12 and then received notification on July 4th that my next box would be here soon. Wondering why I was getting a new box since I cancelled, I reached out to Stately and provided confirmation of cancellation. Then I was told, I missed the cancellation window and that no refunds would be made. So, apparently 3 weeks is not enough time to cancel a subscription (electronically)....but they confirmed it will be cancelled after this (and after they get one last payment).

United States | 28 June 2023Stately has been a nightmare. No refund policy which should have been a huge red flag. Their customer service tries to remedy the pathetic abilities of their stylists. It’s the biggest waste of money, and I cancelled my subscription after one box. Not to mention getting charged for an exchange that I submitted. Absolute garbage.

United States | 22 June 2023I originally tried Stately Men because I wanted to have curated outfits and save time from shopping on my own. When you make an account, they have you fill out a Style Profile so they know what types of clothing you prefer. After ordering a box, it takes about two weeks before it arrives to your house. Then, if you do not like anything, you are supposed to go to their website and request an exchange. Here's where the problems begin: Their website is glitchy, and some items are listed as "unable to exchange." Therefore, you will have to email Stately Men directly and wait for someone to get back to you with an option for exchanging a box. It's tedious to have to email them every time you want an exchange. When you finally get the shipping label to send in an exchange for a new box, it then takes another 2 weeks for you to get a replacement box. Therefore, it can take a month (or more) for you to finally get ONE acceptable outfit. It is VERY unlikely that you will want everything in their curated boxes because because they do NOT take into account your style preferences. They pull from the same handful of brands. Only a couple of the brands they use are of a "stately" quality. I once got the same exact shirt sent to me in two separate boxes. Even after giving them feedback, they continue to send items I am not interested in. The biggest mistake I made -- and would warn anyone about -- is ordering multiple boxes at a time. I ordered four boxes at once because I wanted a whole set of outfits for upcoming trips. However, ALL of the boxes went AGAINST my Style Preferences, so I am now in limbo trying to get this mess situated. After asking several times for a refund, they finally said they would give me a partial refund, where I pay 35% for a "restocking fee." I did not want to waste my money (since this is their shortcoming), so I am currently sending back all of these boxes and hoping for a better outcome. I've sadly accepted it will take MONTHS before I end up with decent options. I asked if they could send me photos of what items they are sending ahead of time (so life is easier for both them and me). However, they said they are unable todo this. Not only is this frustrating for me, but it is also a waste of money on their part having to pay for the shipment of so many faulty boxes. To make matters worse, when I checked my bank account today, I had a random $25 charge from Stately Men. When asking them about this, I was told it was because I sent back something that was "ineligible for exchange". I have no idea what they are referring to, so I am convinced that they are just poorly organized company that does not care about their customers. I now have to fight for $25 that I was incorrectly charged for and patiently hope-and-pray that I can eventually get decent clothing options from the four boxes I am exchanging. Once I finish with these boxes, I will never be using Stately Men again. I strongly discourage anyone from using this company. They will not be in business for long.

There was a few items I wouldn’t typically purchase for myself but was actually pretty happy with. The stylist did a great job. I have a 2nd package coming at the end of July and hopefully will see the same results.

United States | 07 June 2023Clothing was a season behind so prices referenced were original price, but many of the items could be found for well below price or were discontinued items from the original company. Many of the clothing selections felt low quality as well and did not match my personal style even after providing pictures and guide lines on what I was looking for. If you want someone to shop for you and don't really care too much about quality or style... probably will be ok.

The Stylists are highly skilled in their ability to select the right items while respecting the customer's profile. Returns are handled flawlessly and with great ease. I highly recommend Stately to anyone looking to update their clothing at a very affordable price.

United States | 21 May 2023The purchase process is bizarrely complicated because their data collection seems to be "stateless" until you submit. So after several attempts to give them my money I finally succeeded but they had removed my promo code. Then the first box came and it was AN ABOMINATION. Like, I thought I was being punked. Heavy materials when I asked for lightweight. A polo that looks like it came off of caddyshack when I asked for business attire. A black suede belt when I asked for no belts. And pants that look like they belong to a juggalo. The worst part is when I realized how bad the service is and how difficult it is to go through the exchange process, they told me that there are no refunds. I HAVE to go through rounds and rounds of feedback (training their "stylists" rather than being a happy consumer). I don't dislike Stately. I actively HATE them. And they don't give a damn at all. They routinely ignore my feedback and just tell me that I have to continue exchanging and paying for exchanges for eternity.

Their return/exchange policy and process is exhaustingly cumbersome and painful. MEN WANT SIMPLE!! And like everyone these days, we EXPECT SERVICE. Stately has much to learn.
