Things were simple and fairly priced. The only reason that it gets a 4 star is because the system is wrong for my vehicles. I have a 2004 Toyota 4Runner and 2007 Lexus GX470. They have the exact same brake lines however the system states that 2-21186 does not fit the Lexus. It does though. Other than this issue, the site was great.

After calling to see if what I needed would be shipped in time I placed my order on Thursday. My order did not ship till the very next Tuesday. The tracking showed it would be delivered on Friday just in time for the weekend track day. Welllooks like the the delivery day has changed to Monday. I am forced to buy brakes locally. I definitely will not do business with Buybrakes.com again. I will take this as a loss as I should have purchased from a more reputable motorsports company.

THEY CHARGE U THE SAME DAY U ORDER AND GET NO UPDATES OR TRACKING NUMBER UNTIL U CALL THEM TO FOLLOW UP ABOUT YOUR ORDER THEN THEYRE BARELY GONNA ASK U FOR WHAT TRIM LIKE BRUHHH SO IF U DONT CALL THEM THE ORDER DOESNT MOVE AND THEY CHARGED U ALREADY LOL IT SAYS 1-5 days shipping almost 2weeks now and its only in Cali too I guess they got looted thats y theres delay? Lol Send my brakes its unfair for u to charge me and not even update my order. BS

Couldn't find our stop tech brake pads anywhere except here and they were priced lower than we expected. Havent received them yet so I cant speak to shipping times or product accuracy. I did like that until I was sure I wanted to place the order all communication was done through text. That was convenient and let me do my research and pricing without pressure or confusion from a salesman.

shipping needed to improve. Paid $60 for a $240 order, for a total of $300 to have my order still processing a week later. would like a refund. I just got an email from perhaps the person in charge. The email informed me that they sent the wrong disc rotor and is just now asking me about them a week later.... just to tell me they messed up and is just now sending them. I desperately needed those brakes and they continue to disappoint.

I received Excellent customer service from John. He was able to help me with a Price Match from a other seller so I ended up paying less than the competitor and also provided me a promo code to save on my 2nd order which parts were out of stock.
