I have called 7 or 8 times in the past week or 2 for different things,not at all because I've had trouble with the service at all but mostly just questions on setting up for my Uncle who is 85 and needs his service to be as simplified as possible. Every time I called there was a minimal wait time,maybe a minute or 2 before I actually got a live agent. Every agent I got was very knowledgeable,couteous,patient and helpful. I actually just got done with Michael and he was amazing. I had a question to ask my uncle before i proceeded to add robo blocker and Michael was kind enough to give me 15 minutes and he called me back as promised. I am so happy with the level of service I've received I had to write a review! They all deserve to be commended on the quality of service they deliver! Thankyou Michael and all the other agents i have worked with. You make Community Phone an amazing company!!!

United States | 04 February 2025I am liking Community Phone! I get more features (like, voicemail transcription sent to my email) for about half the cost of my AT&T phone. What caused me to change my phone service was when my AT&T landline went out, and AT&T said it would take two weeks to fix it. Then I found out that Community Phone would be half of what I was paying AT&T! Bu-bye! I am impressed with their tech: installation was a breeze, and required no--that's zero--calls to tech support. Maybe the smoothest install I have ever experienced. The only glitch: sometimes a long delay between entering the last digit of a phone number (for an out going call) and connecting.

United States | 02 February 2025This service is TOTALLY UNRELIABLE. If you really need a phone, try everything— anything else. We have had nothing but trouble with this service. Customer service will be very polite, “understand” your problems, and claim to fix your issues, and you will find the same problem the next day. The entire system is janky, broken, and unfixable. We have had a dozen “fixes” to our problems, and we end up back in the same place with the same problem. Their remedy for the money we have already paid is to give us another month free— of useless service! Get your senior loved one who doesn’t like cell phones a Jitterbug or something simple and user friendly that has reliable service. Community phone will just upset and frustrate them more than learning to use a flip phone with large buttons. Avoid this service at all cost unless you want to be troubleshooting the service every other day. Further, their service is easily hijacked by scammers— another problem your senior loved one doesn’t need.

United States | 29 January 2025I had no idea what I was doing as my phone wasn't like the photos in the instructions. I was able to hook it up, clean out messages and missed calls and get it back to day.one. my CSR was very patient with me and knew what to do to fix everything.

United States | 29 January 2025Community phone was a saving grace for my mom who had lost the ability to use her cell phone. It allowed us to check on her and for her to reach us whenever she needed. Sadly, mom no longer is able to stay on her own and we needed to cancel service. The support staff (both signing up and canceling) are incredibly friendly and sympathetic to differing circumstances. I would recommend CP to anyone who needs to stay connected to aging/disabled family.

United States | 17 January 2025I’ve had a positive experience installing and using Community Phone. A human actually answers when I’ve had questions or needed assistance. The base unit arrived quickly and the instructions were easy to follow. So far the calls have been clear and stable. I bought this for a relative who could no longer manage a cell phone. I found a simple phone that they can operate to use with the base unit. Companies are dropping landlines so finding Community Phone was a good solution.

We got our equipment on time ,we had any questions they answer them and it worked we really did enjoy having community phone and if we need to get another phone service it will be community phone

The cost was a bit higher, but worth it. There were a few bugs at the beginning, but the agents and reps were great and resolved any issues quickly.

The phone unit came in a few days with simple instructions, and porting was made easy with the help from a phone rep. Also, Community's web site was informative, and they did everything promised. I learned everything about land line-over-cell towers from their site.
