Box came damaged and parts were missing. Called customer service right away was told they would contact distributor and have them send parts. To date have had no contact with either company.

Easy to set up, sturdy once all together and tied dowm, great deal for the price!

No stars if it was an option. Return policy is TERRIBLE! Took 6 days, several emails and phone calls to get a return label. Charging $27 to return an $80 item??? Same exact item from Wayfair returned easily, return label upon first request and only charged $8! NEVER AGAIN with this company.

Great customer service. Product arrived quickly. Ordered umbrella's and they were very nice. One was damaged but the company stood good for it and issued a full credit for the damaged unit.

I was offered a $20.00 welcome coupon that I forgot to use. I sent an email requesting that the $20.00 be applied to my account and was told that upon receiving the items the $20.00 would be applied. I have NOT received that credit to date! Items came damaged on various pieces. I sent pictures via email showing damages and after going back and forth with the representative I was offered $20.00 discount. I replied that I would ONLY accept the $20.00 discount if and when the additional welcome coupon of $20.00 is applied. Totaling $40.00 I have received nothing!!! I am in the process of advising and sending pictures to my credit card company to seek damaged items denial of total cost of goods. Horrible company!!!!

The quality of the furniture was great, but it had to be made for tiny adults. May be helpful to add a disclaimer to your furniture recommending for people 5'9 or shorter. Only not returning due to cost to return.Will give this set away. Still need to by furniture that would accommodate us

The material construction is not as strong as my prior chair. Also it is lower to the ground. All in all, for the price I guess it is okay. I just have to get used to it. The delivery was prompt and packaged well.

First of all I could write a book, but I’ll just say this customers beware. You get what you pay for including the customer service. Customer service is no longer top priority in most of these companies.

I needed these tents for a party and they worked fantastic. Took a bit to get them together but after the first one the other 2 went up pretty smooth. I recommend these tents.

This was my first time ordering from bestoutdor.com. I purchased a 3 piece deck set. I had an issue with the order and I emailed a complaint. Almost immediately I got an answer and a solution. I couldn't believe how quick and easily the situation was resolved. I was also very satisfied with the quality and price of purchase.

Order was processed quickly. Chairs are very comfortable. There are some sharp cuts in the plastic. Not super smooth, but the price worked and I like that they are PC material and weather proof ( believing they will last a long time) A bit difficult to change the settings on the arm, but manageable. When chair was defected, they quickly offered to send a new one. All were free shipping by the way!
