I received the trampoline with some parts unattached. The customer service dept. was more than helpful to attach the parts. I'm very pleased thank you for not giving up on this 65 yr woman.

Size was not as expected When I tried to return I was told shipping was $35 (that is 35% of the price of the tent)

The overall ordering process and delivery was as agreed. Packed well, all parts and components were as listed. Directions easy to follow and put together. The price was great, but the quality was not what was expected. For what it costs, it will do.

Horrible product! Flimsy, not what was described. Only offered a $10 refund. Poor product and customer service.

It took some time for me and my husband to get it put together. It was worth it because it looked really pretty when it was all done. The only thing thing I was disappointed about was the poor instructions. We were almost done when we finally figured out that the small tubes were to strengthen the joints.

I normally don’t do reviews but this patio furniture is very misleading. The patio furniture picture is beautiful and once you receive the items in the boxes there’s 1 million pieces to put together it’s worse than IKEA furniture. It also says it’s weight limit is one thing and once assembled you do not feel comfortable sitting in it. I am below the weight limit by a lot and I felt like I was going to fall thru the chair that I built. The pictures look like it’s very nice sturdy furniture but one per together it is low quality cheap patio furniture not worth the price that you’re paying. The customer service doesn’t exist. I emailed them with my concerns and wanted a refund and it took 4 emails for them to finally get back to me. And even when I expressed that I wanted a refund and that I would personally drop it off to their refund center because it’s only an hour away from where I live they kept giving me the runaround. They wanted me to send them pictures of what the boxes look like they wanted me to send them pictures of the product. The return policy stays 30 days new and unused my product is new and unused I disassemble the pieces that were built and put them back exactly in the box as they were shipped to me. They then wanted to negotiate with me And do a partial refund for me to keep the items. Do yourself a favor do not shop from this company equality is cheap and the return policy is not easy.

MY TENT WAS LEAKING WHEN I THOUGHT I WAS BUYING A THICK LINING ?

The warranty and the return process I feel did not meet my expectations. The canopy tent is still in the original box, I realized that it did not fit our area it was too large. I contacted customer service got my invoice which took some time and then a representative said I had two choices whether just to keep it and get an eight dollar refund, or request a shipping label and have $20 deducted from my refund which I chose, only to be told I can’t do that? So I’m not sure which of the customer service reps is correct. My name is Gary Weisbrich, and I would still like to be able to return it for a refund -$20 for shipping. Thank you

It fits my octagonal breakfast table perfectly and is vey functional with the cup and chip holders. The reason the rating is 4 stars and not 5 is because it looks like I’m going to have to glue some of the backing together and some of the felt at the folding edges after a few more uses.

The item was very nice, a battery operated motorcycle. I just wish it had been for a six years old, instead for a three or four years old. I tried looking for a larger one but I couldn't find it. Anyway it was very nice and I received it on time. Have a Happy New Year. Waymond Billups.

I love my 7 ft white irridescent tree! I gave it 4 Stars because it's a little skimpy/see-through after a really good fluff AND a branch snapped off - not the entire hinged metal branch, one white branch. Every branch is needed so that was disappointing. I did it up so beautiful, I decided to secure it with a cable tie & keep it. If more break off, I'll call bestoutdor.

Did not receive the product that I ordered,

The tent is awful! As is the customer service! to be able to use it, A second time and we had to Use duck tape ! it barely made it through our event and and started to fall apart! This tent should be taken off the market and the sellers should be ashamed of themselves for selling the product!!!!

The item was missing poles, Had a duplicate that broke within 4 hours of the first use.

Unfortunately I was very excited for this shipment, but it wasn’t the popup canopy that I was searching for. Based on previous reviews, it looked like would be good for small business popup events and it’s not. This isn’t a popup canopy, it arrived in pieces and I didn’t realize until I had opened my package the morning of my event. Will be reaching out for a possible exchange or refund.
