I purchased a couple of outdoor patio rockers from Bestoutdor, they have the best prices and service around. There were a few issues with thecrockers, Bestoutdor customer service was right on top of the issue within a few hours of my request. I would highly suggest using them, and plan on buting more items from them soon.

The umbrella stand is perfect for our needs. Easy to assemble, arrived timely. Filling it with sand was relatively easy, but the sand was an issue for the velcro -- easily solved by brushing it away with a toothbrush.

I had an issue with the horn on the toy bike I purchased my grandson. Solution: Bestoutdor sent me the replacement part at no charge and the email replies were timely and courteous.

Umbrella does not tilt at the handle like advertised. I could have gotten an umbrella like that for half the price.

The item arrived as expected and looks as described. The directions were lacking. When you Youtube particularly how to attach the screen, it's all similar items but not the exact one. So after much searching, it seems the screen just doesn't attach in a way to keep bugs out. There are large gaps around the 4 metal posts And that's a bummer. The very top peice doesn't attach to the bigger cover, so we hope it doesn't fly off in a good wind gust. Wish grey were an option for the cover.
