Never got my package. Not getting a response back investigating FedEx tracking. Very disappointed

Factory defective product. I just wrote your team fifth communication. I still don't have my return label so that I can claim my full refund. Focus on solutions for your return process. If u had that I would buy again from you. Assembly of outdoor patio chairs. Screw holes don't align.

It took 2 days to put together. Rained yesterday and water got inside shed and ruined items. Doors get stuck and dont close well.

Item arrived quickly but what cumbersome to put together. I had to ask for help. BUT the size of this chair is small, low to the ground and fits a child or young adult maybe. Low backed and low to the ground, reminded me of a beach chair almost. Not good for adults so not as described for my reason for low score

This company is a complete scam. Horrible communication and their 30 day return policy is a lie. They just scammed me for $400. The product they shipped came damaged and in brittle packaging. Not to mention the quality is garbage. While trying to assemble I found a number of damaged parts which made assembly impossible. They refuse to take it back and refund me. Overseas company with no regard for customer service.

The flame does come out but even on low it burns and gets too hot inferior not working properly being a chef I know how to cook on this type of equipment it is not new to me it just does not do well the cooking grate is too close to the flame . It is dangerous and unsafe to use worst grill ever.....

Bought the chicken run for our 50 year old son. He lost 6 chickens in one night by a raccoon. He needed a run that was covered completely so I searched the web and found your company. He needed something to cheer him up.

I bought a portable Shed from this company and for one it was false advertised as it was not as big as it said and then when I tried to return it all I got was questions and still have not yet received a return label for a refund. I don't know about their customer service on the front end but on the back end when you need to return something it's terrible.

Just what I needed to make my outdoor space complete. These footstools are well made and they look great with the rest of my outdoor furniture. They arrived in a timely manner and were very easy to assemble.
