when i received the package the box had been dropped and end torn off and retaped. i just got everything out to assemble and parts were everywhere but were all here. then i pulled out the fabric to install and it is cut in many places i'm so disappointed this is a surprise gift that needed to be installed by wed . help

Ordered two rattan and wood lounge chairs. First one we assembled with no difficulty. The second one had many issues; broken piece of wood, a screw that did fit, and the footrest webbing that rubbed against the seat. After emails sent back and forth with pictures, the company agreed to replace the chair. the replacement arrived promptly. The company stood behind their product and we do love our chairs. Bought the pink jeep for our 6yo daughter. It is so cute. She loves having it. Putting it together was a nightmare, specifically the steering system. Steering is also problematic as it is very limited and the jeep can only make wide turns. Power in low gear is pitiful and high gear ok. Already some of the cosmetic pieces are breaking or coming loose with normal use.

I ordered a Christmas tree last week from this company because they advertised 3-5 day shipping. My order has been sitting as ‘Label Created’ for the past 3 days. No movement or update. I have reached out twice to enquire but have not received a reply from customer service. Update: I continue to reach out to this company for updates and I have received one reply. My Christmas Tree is nowhere to be found. They claim to have shipped it, however UPS claims to not have it. A label was created but it was never picked up by UPS. We are one week away from Christmas and no one seems to know where this Christmas tree is. I am getting no help from this company.

A slight overnight wind twisted this item to an unusable mess. I had to tear it down and junk it before I could use it.
