Did not look like actual kindred set. Extremely small and not worth the 200 I spent on it. Very disappointed

I liked how it was small and perfect size for a smaller room. I didn’t like the second my son saw it and got to play with it Christmas morning the track fell apart if one of the blocks underneath the adjoining track got moved even the slightest. Overall nice quality but falls apart too easily.

I couldn’t find the discount code when I placed my order for a toddler’s gym set, so I sent them an email. I received an answer via email from Amanda who promised to refund the 10% discount when I received the product. When I notified her I received the gym set she immediately replied she was applying the discount. No hassle and very responsive.

My package was delivered to the wrong address. This company can only be reached by email and their response was go ask your neighbors if they have it. I don't recognize the house in the picture they provided and they refuse to correct the problem. They refuse to listen to me that I still do not have my package!

The chair stated large seat except it’s not. Far as being fairly comfortable it is for a medium person. It did come timely and looks like it will last hopefully.

Beautiful tree

We bought 2 of th 70" Modern Fireplace TV Stand Freestanding Fireplace Mantel with Storage Cabinet along with fireplace inserts, absolutely perfect! It was a little bit of a process to put them together but not too bad. I will definitely buy from here again!!!

Delivered quickly and in good condition. Product quality was good but didn't like that some of the screws weren't concealed. Couldn't tell that in the online picture. Still really happy with everything.

It said it was a 4ft Tree. Its more like a 3ft tree.But its really pretty an works for sitting on a table.

I ordered a product from the site. The item displayed no model or any sort of product identification other than a description. (Example: Tv Stand). It was shipped quickly, the box arrived with no pictures of what was inside only a bar code on it. Excited it was here the box was opened and parts sorted. Then to find out it’s not what I ordered. Try to call the company, forget-it. I got ahold of the fulfillment center who was able to help me. Come to find out what I ordered was no longer available and the company sent the fulfillment center a product number of what they thought was a good substitute. Wrong. Now I have to send it back. Grrrr. Maybe reach out before doing that and i would have cancelled the order.
