Upon opening the box I found a flier listing the parts and hardware for the garden cart. A ”Before You Start” list which includes a statement which reads, ”Read through each step carefully and follow the proper order.”! The problem is that there are no directions for you to ”read”! I made several calls and sent emails, still no directions. Instead, I was directed to an online three-minute video to assemble an item containing more than 60 parts! The video was useless as a source of assembly directions. I requested a return label several times. My suggestion to anyone planning to purchase from this company is to beware because you may purchase something that you won’t be able to use. THIS IS STILL UNRESOLVED!!

Materials appear sturdy. Black basket was scratched, no assembly instructions provided and the wrong number/amount of nuts and bolts provided according to spec list. No communication from customer service when asked for assistance. Would not recommend purchasing.

I ordered a 3-piece wicker patio set this past November and had a slight problem with assembly of parts. Once I reached out on line, Amanda was quick to respond and solved my issue. Furniture is of good quality, including nice, full cushions for chairs. I will not hesitate to order from Bestoutdor in the future!

I purchased a 3 piece rocking chair set. Unfortunately had a problem with assembly due to the parts weren’t labeled. When I contacted customer service Amanda replied and said she would have the techs review and get back to me. Turns out we had the wrong part in the wrong place! Problem solved! The chairs look great, they arrived quickly, and customer service was quick and efficient.

A very good steady product at a very fair price. I would recommend providing an extra peice of fastener in each bag in case parts are lost when assembling. Last but not the least, a bit more attention to the finish. There are spots that show poor handling and dings on the surface.

Received this gorgeous set right on time with notifications on when it would arrive. The red gives the cabin the pop of color it so desperately needed. I could not be happier with my purchase.

They tried to help,but was just to out of their area ,they truly need an experienced damage control department so when something on one of the power wheel car”s are broke they know whether to send a part or exchange the complete power wheel to avoide uncertainties..I do appreciate their trying to repair this little car that my little grandson will need. I will try my best to repair myself or trash it need prayers please and prayers for the damage control department

Company was fine the product had limited and nearly no instructions. When I went back got the website to look up the instructions it was clear changes were made between what I ordered and what is available online. I got it together but it took longer than I anticipated.
