I purchased a park slide it was amazing when I received it my nieces and nephews loved it. I looked at other things Bestoutdor had and I'm ready to do my next order. Worst customer service I ever received, umbrella crank and tilt mechanism broke the first time I used it and can’t get them to exchange it or even send me a new assembly to try and fix it myself, spent more time exchanging emails and sending pictures then the umbrella is worth, will be pursuing a refund thru my PayPal protection, will never buy anything from this company again and recommend you take my advice, pay a little more but get a company to stand behind it’s products

Great sturdy set, the cushions are thin as I expected. Fits perfectly in my 10x10 screen house with another set of 2 chairs and table.

Received the wrong order and having difficulty having the company send me to correct item.

I ordered 2 outdoor patio umbrellas. One of the umbrellas arrived damaged. I emailed the company & within a day they got back to me and asked me to send them pictures of the damaged umbrella via email. Within another day they got back to me to say that they were shipping me a new umbrella and to not worry about shipping back to them the damaged one. I am very please with this company and would not hesitate to do business with them again!!!

We placed an order for an Acacia Table and Chairs. Unfortunately the one back of the chair is badly damaged and we cannot use. Contacted them immediately via email and its been over 1 week to get a response...still nothing. Very disappointed with the customer service...actually there is ZERO service. Quick to take your payment and no effort into helping their customers. We just want a replacement...however they have lost a customer...do not buy from them! Rip OFF!

ordered a 12v riding car for my grand-daughter's birthday. They shipped me a outdoor umbrella. There is no phone number to contact them so everything is done thru email. They told me that once I shipped back the umbrella they would ship out the truck. They offered no Compensation for their mistake. So because of their mistake I would not receive in time for her 2nd birthday. I would rate their customer service a 0.
