The instructions were easy to follow.It went together nicely.The finish is smooth and it looks great.

We ordered 8 patio chairs. Only 1 came through with a part that was missing a drilled hole. I contacted customer service and they responded quickly and resolved our issue in a shorter time than originally quoted! We are very pleased with the products also.

The sand box would not stay together and difficult to get to maintain shape, the cover is flimsy plastic and has already started to tear at the straps that are suppose to secure it, which by the way are difficult to do as you have to tie and untie 6 straps to take the cover off and on, and it doesn't stretch completely over the box. Not a good design

Product arrived with a damaged part. They responded immediately to my email and have sent the part.

Excellent purchase!!! All put together. Everything was included down to the last screw. Fir wood smells so good and fits compactly into the space I intended it for. Very happy and Amanda gave me the discount that I forgot to enter when ordering. 😁

The wrong parts to put the chair together was in the box. When I contacted them and sent photos of what was sent to paper work, they said it would take a month to get the correct parts to put the chair together.

I purchased a stand up tool chest. I purchased the wrong one to begin with but within an hour I was refunded. The customer service was excellent! The correct toolchest came in 3 days of purchase. 2 days earlier than promised. It was very high quality, easy to assemble and had ALL the hardware!
