Got a text yesterday saying our flight has changed bearing in mind that we fly in 6 days!! Rang the number they provided aswell as other numbers and can be on hold for 40 mins then the phone gets put down without speaking to anyone!!! Shocking customer service! Will not use this company again! At this moment in time we have no clue what flights we are on! This company needs closing down!

I booked a virgin atlantic flight to Lagos, Nigeria for two people flying out sometime in October but the email confirmation rather bizarrely shows zero bags entitlement for either of the two passengers. Clearly, at the point of booking on the website nothing indicated online that the price advertised did not have bag entitlement. Trying to get through to the so calIed customer service line was almost impossible. Its either the line didnt work or it rang endlessly with no answer. When i finally got through to a rep, this was a waste of my time. All the rep could say was that the website was down and it could take up to one week to get it back working. In the mean time there was no effort made to correct the mistake on my booking. The rep advised me instead to email the matter to the support email address. I was reassured that someone will respond withjn 72 hours. It's now 5 days later and I haven't heard from anyone. I have tried calling the customer service line for hours today with absolutely no one answering. I am very concerned about the lack of customer care and even more concerned about being given zero bag for a trans atlantic flight. To be absolutely clear, no way did I or could i have booked two passengers to fly to Nigeria with no bags. I have also contacted the airline Virgin Atlantic today and they also thought this is a very abnormal booking for a flight to nigeria. I hope someone in this company will have the decency to get this matter resolved satisfactorily. Please check your email and respond to my complaint or have the decency to call me.

I booked flights through omega from aberdeen to Chicago via Paris. The Aberdeen to Paris flight has been cancelled. I tried to phone omega on multiple numbers most did not answer. One answered then hung up and the other answered then told me the flight wasn’t cancelled on their system so could not do anything about it. I phoned Air France and they confirmed the flight has been cancelled. Omega hace not helped me sort this out.

I need to change a name on a flight and have sent various messages using the companies contact us page, yet received no response. The customer service number doesn’t even ring and have called several other numbers I have found, all of which leave me on hold for 90 minutes only to then have someone immediately hang up. Not impressed, I just want to get through to someone to speak about my flight!

I have been trying to get hold of someone to discuss my flight booking for over 4 days. They never answer the phone, when they do answer the phone immediately cuts off. I have received no reply to the email I submitted on the contact section of the website and tried every number available to me (about 8 different ones) they all get you to the same automated system and endless ringing with no pick up. Unacceptable!

Very Bad Customer Service. The lines are not answered or they will answer and hang up immediately. Not sure how they are still in business. I called all their numbers in various cities and it's the same thing.

i have recently made a booking for 2 adults and 2 children from london to sydney. I have contacted them numerous times to request for a bassinet for my infant. But i still havent received a reply and they never answer their phones!!!!

I booked a flight, tried to change it well in advance. Foreign call centre. I was told it was possible to change, but not that day because their "system is down". Called back 3 days later as advised. "system still down". Quoted me £1000+ to change a £500 flight, but informed me they couldn't change it, I would have to call the airline. I called the airline and was informed this wasn't the case. The whole operation feels like a scam. Update: I was able to cancel my booking and they have told me I will get a refund minus their fee and the airline fee. The lies about the system being down seem to only extend to changes of flights where they need to take additional money from you. They don't take payments over the phone and setting up an online payment must be too difficult for them so just lie to avoid it. I have changed my rating to 2 stars (from 1) as they are processing my refund. Will update/change rating after refund received, hopefully, in a timely manner. Update: No refund after 7 weeks. No response to emails nor answering calls. Back to 1 star then. Very disappointed.

Cannot recommend this company, booked flights after being referred by SkyScanner. Went through the whole flight selection, payment details and even spoke with an operator to confirm the details of the travel. Received what I thought was a confirmation email immediately afterwards detailing all this information. Went to check in for my flight and was told they had no record of the booking. Had to rebook last minute onto a far more expensive flight. Very disappointed!

Awful company. Needed to change a passengers name due to an error when booking. Spent hours on the phone over several days trying to get a resolution but couldn't as "their system was down". Have now had to resort to purchasing last minute tickets and will be seeking compensation for having to do this, as advised by an agent at Omega. There are no contingency or disaster recovery plans in place at Omega, so if their systems are down you're screwed. Do NOT buy tickets from this company as you'll likely regret it.

A éviter à tout prix... J'ai réservé un vol pour ma copine et moi même pour le Cap Vert via ce site, le vol étant assuré par la Royal Air Maroc. Une fois la réservation faite, je me rends compte d'une erreur au niveau du prénom de ma copine. Je demande aussitôt à ce que cette erreur soit corrigée mais... aucune solution, ils me disent que la situation ne permet pas de modifier son prénom. Enfin si, une solution, la leur: annuler le billet (300€ de "pénalités") et en reprendre un autre. Insatisfait au possible !

Instant flight ticket booking! fantastic price, found through skycanner. within minutes sent email confirmation of flight details, I would have given 5 stars if the customer service telephone line actually worked but unfortunately its a deadline. So made me nervous a little if they were legit. However once I sent a email through the website, they instantly responded within minutes.

Monica from Omega flight store worked relentlessly to get my flights Re routed when they were cancelled due to heavy floods in Kochi ( COK) India on 15- 17 Aug. She spent hours on the phone with the concerned airlines when they were hard to reach by other means and had no functioning office / desk at the Manchester airport.

Booked a flight through Omega Flight Store last March and went off without a hitch, despite reading various negative reviews. Just now, I had a flight booked for my sister that departs today, but she isn’t well enough to travel so i had to contact them to try and get them to change the flight asap. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get through to them until about 0730 MDT. When I did finally spoke to someone, they tell me thay they are experiencing technical difficulties and are unable to help me. And advised me to call the airline to ask them to change it, Which I have since I couldn’t get through to them earlier, but since the booking is made through 2 separate airlines, the Airline company I spoke with was unable to change both flights and advised me to get the travel agency to do it as they have the capability. I tried calling them again and they told me that they have been experiencing this “technical difficulty” for four days now. Now, seeing as they are running a business primarily through computers, 4 days of “tech difficulty” is beyond ridiculous. I would not want to book another flight with this agency. Poor service when you needed it the most.

I am very unhappy with the service that has been provided from this company. I booked 3 flights and immediately that I paid and got a confirmation email I looked and noted that what came through was not what I booked. I called all your helpline numbers, no answer including the 24 hours number. I called again the morning after and after trying several numbers and times I finally got through to a person. After being cut of several times, that person was not helpful at all and could only say what was obviously on a crib sheet. Not helpful at all. That is not what I call customer services, after asking for the complaint procedure he gave me a new number. I have called that, no connection, then when I did finally get connected via another different number it won’t recognise the number inputs that it asked for to get through the automated answering service. Then finally when I did get the through all I could hear was background noise of people talking but no one talking to me then cut off again. I mean come on, how bad can you get, seriously. Not happy at all. The reason for My need to contact the company was: that I with a group of friends all came together to book flights to go together on holiday. We went through the same website. The same company (yours) Omega Flightstore, we had the same dates, the same times, the same length of flight and the same layover in Cairo. We confirmed it paid for it. Great all sorted. The email came through we all checked and I am now booked on the wrong transfer (MS301) flight from Cairo the Sharm El Sheikh which leaves the next day, really who would want that. It was supposed to be stay in Cairo for 2 hours leave the same night, all the rest got that but not me. I checked all details before I paid and they were fine. I needed the flight changing over however I was not willing to pay for this as this was not my mistake. I did try to talk to the person in the phone about this but he was not willing and said he had no authority to do that, hence giving me the other number which does not work, along with the one that does not work on your emails with the confirmation. I am disgusted with the way I have been treated, the ways it has been/not been handled and the emails reply’s that I have had back from you telling me it is all my fault and that you would need almost £300 off me to sort it out. Just another way to take money from innocent people. Do not trust this company and do not book with the at all.

I paid extra to be able to book my flight seats in advance. After speaking to your adviser on how to complete this and being told to go to the airline website and click on seat selection???? i completed that task only to get a message telling me, i booked through another website and i would either have to pay extra to complete that task or wait until i check in???? Why advertise and charge extra for something you are not able to complete???? Disappointed
