On the up side, ticket competitively priced. Experienced probs checking in , Omega do not answer phone or e-mail. The air line sorted it. While away I had news of a sick relative and entertained the idea of an early return. Again, 3 e-mails and NO response.

Je confirme la malhonnêteté de ce site Omegaflightstore. Suite à une annulation de mon départ, ils devaient me rembourser le prix du vol diminué de frais. 8 mois plus tard, toujours rien et impossible de les joindre par mail ou téléphone. J'ai déposé mon dossier à une association de consommateurs. A fuir donc.

AVOID booking any flights with company - Booked from London to Hobart return last July. On two occasions before flying out they without reason removed 1 of tge 6 flights from the schedule. Their phone number never works and they dont respond to their online forms either. Just checked with Virgin and Omega have AGAIN removed one of our return flights. We are due to leave in less than 48 hours and their lines are dead. Their Customer Service appears NON EXISTENT !

Appalling Service, messed up my tickets and I couldn’t board my return flight and no response from the Customer Support on my calls or emails. I lost more money as I had to book another flights to get back home. NEVER EVER to book my flights with them . They should be reported to the authorities and their license should be cancelled. I will be taking this higher up to the authorities and see action is taken. Appreciate if all follow suit

Omega Flight Store ne m'a pas prévenue d'un changement d'horaires sur le vol Orly-Fort de France le 15/012019. Je me suis présentée â l'aéroport pour un vol annoncé à 13h30 qui est parti à 17h. I' semble que pour mon retour l'horaire annoncé soit faux également. Pas de nouvelles de Omega Flight Store malgré mes mails. La prochaine fois je réserve directement avec la compagnie aérienne. Je déconseille vivement.

Genuinely no word of a lie if I say I have rang them on over 200-300 times over 6 months, and sent 20+ emails. This company has swindled away £500 worth of a ticket. They've stopped responding to all emails and calls. I've rang different times of the day continuously for months now. Zero ways to get any sort of response. They know very well they've stolen my cash. Never seen such a scam! UPDATE: I have recently found out they have gone into administration, and then liquidation. There goes a chunk of my cash...

Never buy a ticket from this lot or Omega Travel Group. No phone numbers they publish exist and apparently have been stripped of ATOL status. Total nightmare.

start of my christmas holidays in Thailand and they left my bag with all my clothes, swimwear etc etc in Moscow!!! I've got it back after a day but I had to spend a lot of time finding out where my bag was and so I missed the check in time with my hotel since it was night time. Had to make a call to the hotel so they can wait for me and I don't end up homeless which it cost me a lot! plus I was extremly worry I will lose everything. Also the lady that did the check in at the airport put the tags of our bags incorrectly which it made everything longer and messier! thanks God I realised about that, otherwise I would have not get my bag back. I had to be one day without absolutely anything! I was treavelling from a very cold weather to a very hot weather obviously my clothing was not the ideal... very disappointing experience.

As with other reviewers, I cannot get hold of them and have waited for 6 days and still had no response from their customer service email (they promise to reply within 48 hours!). The phone number they have on the web site is unobtainable. Thankfully I have been able to confirm our flights with the airline, though the dates have changed and we have not been advised. I suspect that Omega either have gone or are going bust based on what we have experienced. I would recommend you don’t touch them. UPDATE I JUST FOUND OUT THE HAVE BEEN STRIPPED OF THEIR ATOL

Appalling, haven’t been able to get hold of anyone since last August. Assume gone bust. Already had flights booked that I needed to change, eventually got the airline to agree to sort direct, eventually. This is the worst level of service I have ever experienced!!!!!!!!

Connection flights was canceled, i wasn't informed about this update, causing lots of issues, already had planned hotels and car rents lost my money on those because of this. This adds up no any kind of support, phones don't work at all. I will never use this service anymore.

DO NOT use Omega flights. I was suppose to travel from LAX to Japan on Christmas Day. I had a layover in SF. I got to the airport and the check in people tell me there is not enough time imbetween the flights for my bag to transfer and they cannot check me in. They said Omega shouldn’t have issued this perchase. I’ve been trying to call them and NO LUCK. No one will answer and now looking up reviews to find that this is the norm for them. I can’t stress enough, DON’T USE OMEGA FLIGHT.

Same as everyone else. They will not answer calls or emails. I phoned BA and they said they have my booking thank goodness but having a difficult time trying to make a minor change to booking at the moment. Do not use this company it's just not worth the hassle.

I booked our flight i wanted to know about the weight i can take no answer I wanted to change my coming back date no answer no body answered I will never book again from Omega as no body answered any phones for a simple answer. I was was let down as i had to get another flight back home and loss money . I was neglected I dont need to book again thanks please dont do this to people M shabnam

If I could give zero stars I would. This company did not inform us of a cancelled flight from Manchester to Edmonton (Canada), meant to be occurring in just over a week. We only found out when trying to add extra luggage online and seeing a missing leg in our journey. The airline itself told us of the cancellation, but said that we had to make any arrangements through the travel agent directly. We've been unable to get through on phone lines and have had no response to emails. Rebooking at this stage is financially impossible (comparable flights for two adults are now £5000+). We'll see if they will rebook us or refund us, but based on the total absence of communication, I'm not holding my breath. So we're out a couple thousand pounds and will likely be spending Christmas in the UK with no plans rather than being with our family in Canada. Infuriating and devastating. DO NOT EVER BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY.

Yo llevo varias semanas intentando contactar con ellos (via mail y telefono) para cancelar unos billetes de Bilbao a Paris y es imposible. Me imaginaba que no me devolverían todo el dinero pero por lo menos podrían contestar a los correos y explicarme como cancelar los billetes. No vuelvo a coger ningún vuelo con ellos! Estafadores!

I bought a ticket to a flight that was canceled. I sent so many emails and used the contact form. no one has ever replied. My first email was sent on August 2018. I thought that 4 months is a bit too much so I like to warn others from this horrible service and lost of $$$ I had because I choose this problematic website.

Je mets une étoile car c'est le minimum accepté mais le zéro se serait imposé dans mon cas ! Omega Travel est tout simplement une agence malhonnête. Notre vol a été annulé la veille par la compagnie (Air France). Au début OT nous tenait informés des évolutions du dossier mais à chaque fois ils nous assuraient que la demande de remboursement ne se ferait que dans une semaine, puis deux, puis deux mois etc... Un jour, ils m'ont assuré que le remboursement se ferait bientôt mais que seule une partie (la moitié) du billet nous serait rendue car la prestation aurait été consommée selon Air France. Après appel à la compagnie aérienne, ils n'avaient jamais dit ça ! Quand mes emails sont devenus plus "secs" Omega n'a plus répondu... Je suis finalement passée par AIRHELP, service génial, qui nous a restitué 600€ (billets payés 550€) après des mois de galère... Éviter à tout prix Omega Travel !!!

Nel mese di luglio ho acquistato un volo per Lisbona per due persone (2706734) volo 24D5M5, partenza da Firenze sabato 1 dicembre e rientro il 9 dicembre. Nel mese di ottobre ho chiesto l'annullamento dei voli per ragioni di salute ed il rimborso di quanto mi spetta in base alle normative vigenti. Ho spedito due email PEC all'indirizzo indicato nel biglietto inviatomi con invito a rispondere cortesemente. A tuttoggi non ho avuto alcuna risposta in merito, neanche una cortese nota di ricevuta. Essendo la prima volta che utilizzo la vs. società non immaginavo un comportamento tanto incivile commercialmente. Non mi voglio prolungare oltre. Se questa nota verrà letta mi auguro che possiate cortesemente rispondere. Rimango in serena attesa!!!!!!!!
