WORST EXPERIENCE EVER with Omega Flight Store and I am quite honestly reluctant to use Kayak’s search engine again because of this company I was sent an email from Omega Flight Store advising that flight times had changed 3 weeks ago and that we should contact them immediately. I have tried to call EVERY SINGLE DAY for 3 weeks and it either rings out, is engaged or someone picks up and puts the phone down. I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE EXPERIENCED SUCH TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Its actually non-existent and is causing quite a bit of stress as I am unable to accept the flight change. I have called the airline directly and they have advised that they can't help as I booked through a travel agent. ABSOLUTELY FRUSTRATING AND TRUELY UNBELIEVABLE. HOW CAN THIS COMPANY EVEN BE OPERATING?

United Kingdom | 07 September 2018××× UPDATE - I CONTACTED THE AIRLINE DIRECT AND THEY REBOOKED ME ON ANOTHER AIRLINE WITH NO EXTRA CHARGES ××× Just to add to the entire long list of negative reviews. Two tickets booked all fine two months ago however airline has cancelled our connection flight and for love nor money can we get in contact omega travel store or aka Milburn travel Ltd as of 31/08/18! They ha e lost their atol membership as per thr article on the sun . Co.uk website. Airline won't help these guys don't answer. If I do no get a reply by weekend I will go via credit card for a refund. Joke of a company who prides itself on service next to no other!

United Kingdom | 07 September 2018Booked my ticket through Omega. Then got a badly worded email and text saying that my flight itinerary had changed and that I should contact them immediately. I have sent over 5 hours trying to speak to someone on the number provided but have still not got through to anuone. This is totally unacceptable and appalling customer service. I still have no idea what has happened to my itinerary.

There is no way to get in touch with customer service tried calling emailing just like many of us did here, just cannot get any support. 3 week to original departure date and don't think can make the change we need for the ticket.

United States | 06 September 2018I booked an international flight with a changeover in Atlanta months ago, but needed to change my connecting flight as there wasn't enough of a layover. For a week, customer service said their 'systems were down' (ie someone didn't pay their bill). I spent multiple mornings of my holiday trying to contact customer service, only to have the phone ring and ring. Virgin, the flight provider, was unable to help, as the flight was booked through this travel agency. Funny, because the last time I actually spoke to a person at this company, they flat out lied to me and said they'd given control of the ticket to Virgin. Well, as of this morning, at least Virgin has been made aware of the issue. They took direct control of the ticket and changed my connecting flight. The only thing I can recommend is to contact the parent airline. Terrible, possibly fraudulent company. I think they knew they were going under and chose to save face instead of bring honest with their customers.

United Kingdom | 05 September 2018*DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES* I booked flights to the US on Virgin and there was a schedule change that meant my return flights left no time to make the connection. Omega never informed me (which they are supposed to do) I have now spent 5 days trying to resolve this. Omega have not ONCE answered the 5 phone numbers provided on their website and receipt. One guy, who was completely unknowledgeable about flights, called me to say Omega no longer do flights. I am simply unable to sort this out despite it being 4 weeks until my flights.

United Kingdom | 05 September 2018It all looked pretty good in terms of price when we booked a flight to Kuala Lumpur in May. Then we received a text message that the flight itinerary has changed and Omega needs to be contacted. If it was that easy! Omega doesn't reply to any emails at all, not even within the promised 48 hours nor do they pick up the phone at any time. It is permanently engaged. Companies like these shouldn't be allowed to operate and stopped once and for all as this is not acceptable. Not sure what the outcome will be, but booking with Omega again? Never!

United Kingdom | 04 September 2018Bought Xiamen/KLM ticket from Amsterdam to Hangzhou (China) very cheaply, around £400 less than the official KLM price, which was a steal, however after reading all the reviews on the site started to get a bit nervous it was just a scam. Only received details of the flight a few days after booking, once I received them found that the booking number wasn't valid for the flight and it was only once I called KLM that the problem was resolved and the correct details were found. While this was going on Omega's customer service was non-existent, their number was not recognised on the website and all the lines to their offices were constantly engaged. In the end my flight ended up being fine but it felt like a very dodgy experience from start to finish. TL;DR bought very cheap tickets, became slightly suspicious through lack of communication, have zero customer services, not clear how to redeem your booking at all as number given was incorrect, however all was fine in the end with a call to KLM customer services.
