United Kingdom | 30 August 2018No way to get in touch with customer service, tried calling emailing just like many of us did here, just cannot get any support. 1 week to original departure date and don't think can make the change we need to the ticket. Feels like a scam, if cannot get any response then will definitely use other ways (including legal) to fight for the consumer rights.

United Kingdom | 30 August 2018Same situation, badly worded text message saying to contact Omega as flight details had changed. Both numbers given did not dial through. Contacted airline, flight had been moved back by 5 minutes. A lot of fuss and worry for nothing!

I have called 100 times and been on hold for over 10 minutes. Getting very stressed as I have paid a lot of money for this plane ticket.

United Kingdom | 30 August 2018Logged on to BA to book my seats and my outbound flight has been cancelled. Called BA they advised its been cancelled due to the connection time is too short. I have been trying to call Omega Flight Store on various numbers for 5 days now, answered the phone once took my details and put the phone down on me. I have never had service like this and I feel sick that i now have no outbound flight, BA wont help and I cannot get through to Omega Flights. DO NOT USE THEM When I saw them on Skyscanner the rating was good but i wish I had dug a little deeper before purchasing my flights.

United Kingdom | 29 August 2018Spoke to customer service advisor about change of flights - I could not understand what he was saying and he wasn’t really helpful with repeating what he had said or showing me the changes to the flight time. Kept putting me on hold without telling me until I asked what happened. Prior to the call, the line was always busy, when I did get through, no one spoke on the phone so I had to call back. Below average customer service.

No feed back from emails calls are not answered to head office . I’ve been promised a refund and requested telephone conversations I have had after hours . Have been trying daily and nightly for the last two weeks to cancel flights ! £1850 . How do they stay in business???

United Kingdom | 29 August 2018I have been trying to contact Omega Flight Store for nearly a week now to cancel flights which are in 2 days time with absolutely no luck. I have emailed them but have had no response and have phoned all of their various office numbers over 100 times. Whenever I call, the numbers ring for up to an hour at a time and if somebody does answer then they immediately hang up! I did actually manage to get through to somebody once a few days ago who informed me that the cost to cancel was £250 per person, however before I had a chance to authorise them to go ahead with the cancellation, they hung up on me! The reason why I need to cancel the flights is because the other passenger's fiance died very suddenly last week and the funeral is due to take place whilst we are supposed to be away on holiday. This is already a very distressing time for both of us (her finance was also one of my best friend's) and we could both do without this added stress!

United Kingdom | 29 August 2018Wish I could give this company no stars. I made a booking and contacted them to cancel it- as my flights were cancelled due to weather conditions. The airline had stated several times that they have waived the fee. I have filled out a refund form but ever since that, they are not picking up my calls or responding to my emails. In the past, every time they have picked up the call, all they say is their system is down? Why have a tour company when you cannot even manage your customer's booking? And why all the fake names? When you are the same person?!

United Kingdom | 28 August 2018Omega Flight Store failed to pass on the message to BA that a return flight was still needed. BA cancelled the flight and would not do anything about it as it was booked through Omega Flight Store. Omega Flight Store failed to answer their phones (both in London and Birmingham) - call picked up, message then ring tone - line dropped after 10 minutes waiting. This happened 4 times. Will book a return flight with a different airline and travel agent. Had this not been picked up, a vulnerable 83 year old man could have turned up at the airport for his flight home only to find out that it had been cancelled. Totally unacceptable.

United Kingdom | 27 August 2018We need to change our booking for this Friday 31st. August. Can be on hold for over 1 hour then cut off. Finally managed to contact someone who gave us an authorisation code for changing flight. Flight company have no reference codes and are unhelpful as they could not find any authorisation code. Have been on phone to Omega Flight Store for 2 hours today but no reply. facing a bill of £300 just to change flight even though we have a supposed authorisation code. HOW do we get to speak to someone? Any ideas. At this rate won't be using this company again.

Ireland | 27 August 2018All I can say is dont book with them. Never answer to emails, calls etc. I got an email saying that change in flight and if it doesnt suit, contact them. Done that million times as doesnt suit but get no reply whatsoever. Recent update: Omega Travel has had its ATOL license suspended and now has ceased trading.
