Awful company. Travelling with a disabled friend... made a mistake with connecting flight time while booking and realised straight away after payment so rang them to change it to the flight the rest of the group is travelling on. These moneygrabbers don't care... they said it wasn't their fault and they want to charge another £91 each to change the connecting flight. Forget about customer experience and customer loyalty Omega, just grab your money.

I booked flights last night via skyscanner for next june from Edinburgh to Dubai. Booking conformation never came so emailed omega to chase this up only to be told by booking was not processed as omega had not reserved flights with the airline.

there was only one confusing moment where I could not see hand luggage allowance information anywhere. Would be much convenient if you include just below 20kg luggage allowance and plus 8kg hand baggage.

Sofia was extremely helpful when I needed more information re my flight to HK. I called on 16 July and she patiently and clearly explained everything.

I have used Omega Flight Store on 3 occasions for flights to Turkey and the USA (twice). I have never had any problems and would always consider using them for any future flights. Don't be put off by any of the negative reviews. If there was a problem then I would be the first to complain and leave a bad review.

Very good. I got stressed out because I thought I did not receive my flight confirmation at the speed I normally would, i.e. at least within an hour or so of booking and paying for the flight. But in fact it had gone to my spam - which I had failed to check, even though in retrospect I remembered reading the small print telling clients to check their spam. It is a shame it initially went straight to spam though, and I wonder if something could be done to address this problem. I seem to get plenty of unwanted mail direct to my email account, so wonder why I had the issue with Omega? Anyway, bar my stress over this issue the company was very good.

Me he sentido estafado por esta empresa. Compré tres billetes de avión Barcelona a Tokyo via Londres a un precio muy competitivo, y desde la web de Kayak. Después de seleccionar los vuelos que me interesaban y de pagar lo que se me pedía, cuando recibí el correo de confirmación, horror, uno de los vuelos, concretamente el de Londres a Barcelona, era un trayecto que yo, en ningún caso seleccioné, y en cambio era el que me venía en el paquete. En la vuelta de este viaje, la selección que yo elegí era por la de llegar al aeropuerto de Londres (Heatrow sobre las 12:45) y salir del mismo aeropuerto hacia Barcelona en un vuelo de BA a las 16:40. La confirmación que me llegó era la de llegar a Londres a las 12:45, y salir para Barcelona al día siguiente y desde el aeropuerto de Gatwick!!!!. Me puse en contacto con la empresa y les dije que yo ni había seleccionado este plan de vuelos a la vuelta, pero que no podía demostrarlo porque no hice ninguna captura de pantalla por todas las pantallas por las que pasé hasta la confirmación definitiva. Les pedí si me lo podían solucionar a lo que al cabo de unos días recibí la respuesta que efectivamente podía cambiar el trayecto por el vuelo que me intersaba desde Heatrow a las 16:40, pero pagando un suplemento por los tres billetes de casi 1.100€!!!, cuando si los compraba directamente desde la web de BA me salía por unos 350€ los tres billetes. Pues finalmente no pude hacer nada con ellos, me tuve que pagar los tres billetes de vuelta para no tener que pasar una noche en Londres y cambio de aeropuerto, que me hubiese costado mucho más caro, y no recibí ninguna compenasación. A día de hoy, todavía estoy esperando la factura, que no se han dignado a enviarme y por lo tanto no puedo poner la denuncia en la oficina de consumo. Conclusión y consejo para todos los que quieran comprar billetes de avión en esta agencia: NO LO HAGAN, SON UNOS ESTAFADORES. Creo que los de KAYAK o los de otros buscadores deberían conocer estas prácticas para eliminarlos de sus bases de búsqueda.

Booked my flight to Bangkok very easily through Omegaflightstore, received confirmation email straight away. Only thing I am unsure of is the check in process, I have sent an email enquiry just waiting for a response. I am impressed with the service so far.
