Fast and easy to use, cheap tickets.

Customer service was good. I got a called when I was booking a flight and my payment didn't go through. Next time fare was raised but I had received a payment link based on my previous booking fare as the airline had generated PNR. After making successful payment through the link, I received the ticked. During this time, I called to Omega few times and they helped me very well and explained everything nicely. I have used Omegaflightstore in the past and am happy with their services.

I'm unhappy that there is no clear indication that baggage was not included in the flight tickets bought. I had to pay for this separately which cost a fortune. Not very impressed and will never use the company again.

I booked two flights yesterday, one through you and another direct with BA. That is because your site did not seem to allow me to check in luggage at the same time as booking the flight! This flight is with hand-luggage only.

Quick and easy straight forward service

Once when I changed class it changed the date of the flight as well and this made me buy a wrong ticket. On another occasion the flight was bought and credit card charged, but to get the confirmation was very tiresome and needed 6 e-mails from my side. To call an agent is almost impossible and if once you get through, the quality of the call (voice) is so poor. The voice is like far far far far away (Timbuktu? Hyderabad?)

It was my first time to book a flight with omega and the booking went fine but a blunder was made and when I contacted omega the help I got from them was remarkable and particularly the guy dealing with my issue called Dany was second to none and I strongly recommend this company. Dreadful company - booked tickets- they couldn`t confirm the booking and then refused a refund for 18 days - after hours on the phone to them they eventually gave in- WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.... DISHONEST

Highly recommended after using them a few times, especially for my flights between London and Dubai. They recently notified me of a small change which Emirates made by email and provided me with both a phone number and email address to correspond back to rather than a dreadful online form. Sky emailed me back in the morning to confirm it was just a 5 mins difference in time. Lovely, easy to deal with.
