CROOKS DO NOT USE THEM!!!! Similar experience as Josephine Vest who left a review 8 hours ago. I booked a £650 ticket with them for a return flight at the beginning of Mar 2018 from London to Colombia. All was ok until I changed my job and my new boss stated I needed to change my flight. There was a 2 day window to get back to them so I would not be charged for the change but when I rang them on the 1st day I was on hold for hours without getting through. On the 2nd and last day before I would be charged for changing my booking, their system went down and again, I couldn't get through. However even this and the fact I had a number of insurances in place brought from these crooks did not stop them from wanting to charge me £800 to change the flight. I then had to purchase another ticket through another travel agents as I refused to use these crooks. I LOST OVER £700 USING THEIR SERVICES - CROOKS!!!!!!! ! STAY AWAY ! STAY AWAY ! STAY AWAY ! STAY AWAY ! STAY AWAY !

I had a great experience. I was initially sceptical as the booking wasn’t confirmed for 4 hours but it turned out okay. The prices are also so much cheaper than other sites.

Mauvaise expérience avec Omega Flight. Ayant un nom a rallonge, les fautes de frappes arrivent fréquemment, c'est le cas ici pour une lettre qui n'est pas passée dans mon nom de famille. Je m'en suis rendu compte dans la minute et ai appelé immédiatement pour signaler cet erreur. On me demande 50€ de frais de dossiers pour annuler le vol et refaire une réservation, car "Vous comprenez, nous ne sommes pas une compagnie aérienne, il y a des frais de dossiers". La compagnie de mon vol est ici Air France, que j'ai contacté ensuite pour signaler ce problème et voir si je pouvais le régler directement sans frais de dossiers. Ils ont été très compréhensifs et m'ont assuré que tout changement dans les 24 heures était gratuit et ont commencé la manip, seulement ils n'ont pas pu la finir car la seule entité pouvant effectuer ce changement GRATUIT est Oméga Flight Store. Donc ici Omega Flight demande 50€ pour une manip gratuite de 5min qu'ils bloquent sciemment. Entre temps je me rend compte que Omega Flight a fait aussi une faute dans mon nom en oubliant un espace, on est donc a deux fautes --> tords partagés. De retour au téléphone avec Oméga Flight Store afin de clarifier la situation et m'assurer que dans ce cas, "Frais de Dossier" est bien une traduction de "Extorsion de fonds", on me confirme que c'est bien eux qui sont les seuls a pouvoir effectuer ce changement et que c'est 50€. Juste pour être sur je leur demande pourquoi j'ai fais la conerie de leur faire confiance si leur simple présence sert juste a compliquer la situation; et leur demande ce qu'ils apportent concrètement de plus qu'une compagnie aérienne "Eh bien si vous passez par nous vous payez deux fois moins cher que directement par la compagnie, c'est pour ça que vous êtes la non? ". J'ai vérifié, c'est 4€ moins cher (150€ le prix du billet). Verdict, j'ai payé ces p***** de 50€ d'annulation et ai recommandé le même billet directement chez Air France. Mon Conseil, évitez ces intermédiaires, ils ont de bons moteurs de recherche mais si vous réservez avec eux ils vous racketteront a chaque demande. Rien qu'à lire les avis positifs de ces entreprises on voit tout de suite qu'ils sont faux: ----> "Avec les tarifs pratiqués, c’est une très bonne option." non mais franchement qui parle comme ça appart quelqu'un payé pour ? Soyez prudents, si vous n'avez pas de problèmes comme le mien tout se passera bien mais sinon, toute requête vous vaudra un "Frais de Dossier". Franchement, payez-les ces 4€.

Easy to navigate and most the time the cheapest.

These con artists are trying to charge me and my boyfriend nearly £700 each to change a £64 flight! They says that is the amount it will cost them, yet I can still book a flight direct with United for £78 currently! Unfortunately because it is a connecting flight they are threatening to cancel our flight from the USA to the UK if we cancel this 1 hour flight, but still take our money and charge us £200 each on top!! Yes they are cheaper to begin with, but the second you have a problem they will rip you off completely!!! DO NOT USE! DO NOT USE! DO NOT USE!!!!

I find that Omega Flight store is an excellent way to book a flight. They have an easy to navigate website which provides you with various options, for example letting you print a copy of the Atol certificate which gives peace of mind knowing that you flight is covered should certain circumstances arise.

It is easy and it is cheaper it is not hidden any thing

I tried to book 3 separate flights from the skycanner website before eventually being able to actually book one. They could not be processed due to 'no longer being available', credit card details being rejected (fair enough; however upon trying to book the same flight a minute later, it had disappeared), or the system updating itself with the flight I had chosen vanishing from popular view in an instant x 2! We are usually lucky the 3rd time around in life, in this case, it was the 4th time - two hours after I had chosen my initial flight. Maybe the cheap flights on offer on the skyscanner website are just there to reel you into the site? Although you can't beat the price so that is the upside in this experience. SORT OUT YOUR UPDATING SYSTEM, I will return if I don't have to waste hours searching, that's what Skyscanner is for.

I had read a few poor reviews about omega store here online. But my experience booking online so far with them has been excellent. I made a small mistake of putting initials instead of my expanded middle name (which is very long and the boxes will not accept the length). The airlines had joined the initial to my first name and made an error. Omegastore rectified it for me and the advisor (Sofia) was very understanding and dealt with the airlines who wanted to somehow charge me for the mistake in the first name. I am yet to travel on this flight. But my first contact with this company has been excellent.

The worst company to book flights! I wasted 8 hours today trying to book tickets via Omega Flight Store. My bookings were declined about 6 times. I called their customer service 4 times and at first they assured me that I would be able to book flights online in 30 min. Then when it was declined again I was advised to go book directly on their site. I called my bank to be sure that they hadn't blocked my transaction. But the transaction had been authorised by my bank. After wasting so much time I had to use another company with more expensive tickets for the same flights. I think this Omega flights store company does not deserve even one star. I have never had any problems with any flights booking companies before. Greatly disappointed! I forgot to add that when speaking with the customer service we were told that during browsing their site the prices had changed and they offered to buy tickets for £220 each instead of £189 advertised on their site. But when checking prices online again and again we got the same results. I have checked the prices today (2 days later) and the prices are £192 and not £220. I wouldn't be surprised that if this company would be a bankrupt in no time.

Sky was very helpful when some of my flights had a few changes!
