Lead me to believe I could get a refund on my checked baggage charge as it was not included on in the flight price. Instead they cancelled my flight and I am now £165 out of pocket. Avoid at all costs.

its totally fraud site... don't use it... no support from customer support. I was not able edit my booking and contacted to services but no response. deducted two times amount from my account and two tickets have been booked at the same time. Totally its your fault if already one ticket is booked why you allowed to book another ticket and allow users to choose same date. Please Do needful else I have to file the case against your site in terms of fraud. I raised thicket in your support page. I am talking about your admin fee(that your taking for cancellation charge ) not about airline fare. I know terms and conditions and its your hand to wave off the admin fee or not. Yes I think you are right It was my mistake without confirmation I booked another ticket and its strange you allowed me to that. And, confirmation should be immediate not after 6 hours. other site provide the confirmation immediately not after 6 hrs as your site. and other site allows to edit or cancel the booking without reaching out to support. you should be customer supportive not just taking too much amount in terms of refund.

This is the third time I have used Omega. I used them the previous times after finding them on Momonda and Skyscanner. They were not on there this time and after checking the reviews of the other companies on Momonda and Skyscanner I did not feel confident using them I remembered using Omega and went direct to their site, they offered a price £2 cheaper than the comparison sites. I purchased and instantly received confirmation of my flights. The reviews of the other companies on the comparison sites frequently mentioned not receiving confirmation and having to constantly chase the companies. I have not given 5 stars as I have not had to speak to Omega or email them so I do not know what their customer service is like and for me to give 5 stars a company has to really excel.

An excellent, easy to use site. I initially used gotogate.com, but got frustrated with the prove you're not a robot stage and gave up. Omega is much simpler and easier to use, with no bugs. The receipt and itinerary came through quickly. The whole process was finished in minutes. Thank you!

Good service and explanation when changing cheap rate airline tickets

Brilliant service couldn't fault them, was a bit worried as I had seen the odd bad review online but I was buying two tickets to amsterdamn and the were combined nearly £100 cheaper so thought I'd try, and honestly best service I've used literilly just pay and conformation and tickets are sent to email straight away and bam £100 richer. Saved my time and money I couldn't be happier!

Awful! Avoid! In all my years of booking flights I have never had an issue except with this company. I have two surnames which I entered correctly as I checked the information several times. A day later when I received the confirmed booking I noticed that the order of my surnames was changed. So I spent an hour and a half on the phone to customer service to fix this. Only to be told that I would either have to now get an entirely new ticket which was conveniently now 1000 pounds more expensive (in economy - my ticket was already triple the normal cost) or pay Omega 60 pounds and allegedly pay the airline about 200 pounds in cancellation fees. This is such a scam - I ended up buying a completely new ticket online from a different company which was about 40 per cent less than the price of the new ticket that Omega were trying to sell to me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. GOING TO REPORT THIS COMPANY TO WATCHDOG.

I had reason to phone the helpline to get assistance booking additional flights. Very unhelpful. The man who answered could hardly here me and wasn’t particularly interested in what I was trying to do. I eventually made the booking with skyscanner.
